I rented a van from RDU Airport. It had an odor but I thought I could deal with it. 10 minutes down the road realized could not continue with the smell.I went to the Avis budget in Knightdale and manager Felix Traded the van without question and sent me on my way. Highly recommend the Knightdale Avis budget.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was speaking with a lady named Eve who had me on hold for over 15 minutes before sending to voicemail. When I called back a gentleman answered the phone(very rude and aggressive by the way)and indicated she was with a customer and will call me back.

I recommend Avis/Budget Car rental in Knightdale. Mr. Felix never makes me wait a long time. He's so welcoming and always asks about my children. He makes me feel like we've known each other for years. I've been to other car rental companies and I had to wait hours even with a reservation. I am a loyal customer and will never change locations.

AVIS sent me to this location even though there were no cars. This man understood my situation and went way out of his way to make sure I got a rental.God bless.

Avis' rental agent at midweek is excellent. I apologize for not remembering his name, but his first name begins with "D". He is an excellent gentleman who has earned my business and I'll recommend he and Avis in Knightdale to family and friends. This is a terrific business.

Frustrated with this rental agency. I rented a car for one day to drive to NC from Alabama. Due to a Priceline error, I thought I was returning the car to Holly Springs (where I work). There is no Avis in Holly Springs, so Priceline booked me for Knightdale. Knightdale is 40 minutes from where I work and live. As I was driving there, I told the employee I would definitely be a little late because I misunderstood the drop off point (my fault). He stated "no problem"- that he could waive late fees and late drop off charges, not to rush, and I could have until 9:30 am the next day to return the car. Relief! So, I went to work as normal and then dropped off the car at 1:30 pm. However, they close at 1 pm and have no drop off box. So, I had to come back the next morning at 9 am to drop the key (another 40 minute drive). When I drop off the car I see that I have been charged for an additional day. The employee stated "Oh, yeah, I mean I could only forgive the $15.00 late fee, but I can't waive an extra day". I asked how it made any sense that I would rather pay another $175.00 for a day I didn't need versus just paying the $15.00 late fee for being 30 minutes late. He said he was "Sorry for the miscommunication and I'd have to call customer service". I did that. Avis does not honor verbal promises made by employees, so I was unable to recover all of my money. They did refund 50% of the day I didn't use as a 'courtesy', but I'm still out >60.00 that I should not have paid in the first place. The guy was nice overall, but that was a $175.00 "miscommunication". Not ok.

They had my vehicle ready when we got there. Was pretty much in and out. The rental was a Jetta and the car was nice and clean. Turned it back in and was in and out as well. Great experience, the associates were very friendly both times.

Stay away from this place. I spoke with the lady on the phone and told her I was coming with a big truck. I showed up and made eye contact with the front desk letting them know I was parking in the back. When I parked in the back the lady then tells me they are closed. THEN she gives me an attitude about it. I tried calling corporate and the supervisor sounded like he’s 21 years old. Never trying to use AVIS again.

This was the absolute worse car rental place I have ever been to- after having attempted to be proactive and get all set up on line first. once all was set up and I paid the amount (595$) my son and I walk to the rental location where a very nasty female employee basically said they would not rent me a car- then I get a rental form and am told I have to call and request a refund - and that my $600 would take 3- 4 bus. days - happened on Wed before thanksgiving - and I am still waiting. Worst cust. service and I feel like I have been robbed. Until I get the refund in hand - they basically have all my money and I have gotten not nil in return. So disgusted
