There should be a 0 stars option. By far the worst bank I have ever been to in my life. Unfortunately it’s my only option since I walk to the bank but guess what the lobby is never open. Imagine that. It’s the most inconvenient location. Never any bankers. Always just one guy teller. He gets 5 stars. He is the most helpful teller.

I had an appointment today to have an important document notarized.Made my appointment online and received confirmation along with a friendly reminder.When I got to the branch there was no one there except for the tellers. They had no idea of the appointment and were unable to help.If I could give the branch zero stars I would. So far, I’ve received no call back or email apologizing or help in setting up another appointment.I’m seriously considering moving all my accounts to a more customer friendly back.Probably a smaller more regional bank.

This is the worst Truist branch in Raleigh. I am always racially profiled. The branch manager calls it "working hard to keep my money safe". There has not been a single time I've come here I wasn't asked to show additional ID's or answer questions about my account. This bank is not welcoming at all. No wonder they have a current rating of 2.4 stars. I wish I could give this bank and it's branch manager 0 stars.

I was applying for a Credit card line, I have been lied to over and over by them. They tell me numbers to call for info and it is not the right number and they just ghost me and will not return calls, especially Justin. If you read this, please don't bank here, this is the most unorganized bank I have ever witnessed.

I think vast majority of negative reviews speak for themselves. One bad apple (bank teller) can ruin a customer’s experience . Train your tellers to speak to your customers with kindness and respect.

They charge an $8.00 fee to cash a check if you do not bank there then they will give you a receipt for the full amount but not supply a receipt for the fee.Ask for a receipt for the fee and see what you got. I was told I could pay the fee or not cash the check. Outright strong arm tactics and they seem to know it is not right or my would the system not generate a receipt for the $8.00 fee?Just terrible.

I'll agree with others who have complained about slow service. This is the worst bank branch I've ever dealt with in terms of how long it takes to be served. Something needs to change or I will have to move my accounts. Drive up or in person makes no difference. They are both super slow

I’ve been with BB&T for 6 years and it was an awesome place to bank! They change to Truist an I have had nothing but bounce fees an issues with my accounts! They may fix some issues they create but it is time consuming an irritating! DO Not bank here! I’m closing my accounts!!!

ATMs never work. Arrived at the ATM at 5:30pm and it wasn’t working. I guess no one cares about checking to see if the ATM is working before they leave for the day. It’s happened at least 4 times in the last 2 months. Long wait times when you call. Huge headache dealing with this bank!

The worst teller (to) customer ratio. Standing inside for service exceeded 45 mins due to only (1) teller available to serve a full line of customers. Absolutely horrible banking experience since Triust took over BBT.

Extremely unhelpful staff, queries are not answered even after 4 in person visits. Never respond to emails or calls. Very unprofessional.

This Bank has changed for worse with the change of the Bank. Senior's are not honored. I have been with this Bank for 30 or more years. I had an overdraft due to an oversight and because it was 7 days they charged me the the overdraft, this was understood but another extra fee was ridiculous.
