They didn't even charge me!!I called last minute and made an appointment for the same day to have an estimate done because my car was keyed. I had already received another estimate from another body shop for $1600. Amy, at Piperformance, came out and looked at the damage. She thought it could be buffed out but also explained that if it couldn't be buffed out, all that would go into making the repair. A technician came out and was indeed able to buff it out. The expensive repair was not called for and they did not even charge me for what they did. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!”

We’ve had him come out 3 times now to do different jobs - get stains out of the seat and floorboard carpet from a spill of Thai food (red curry paste isn’t easy to remove), and do full detail on our Harley motorcycle, Bronco, truck, old-school Jeep and small sedan. Each time he’s arrived early and done a beautiful job. He’s personable and professional, and leaves everything he’s touched looking it’s very best. “Easy-stress free Experince ! From day one I entered to get an estimate and share the damage with them about my car. I called many of the other stores in the area, and the store was the only one able to receive my car in a weeks notice. They were a courteous and very friendly receptionist shared good story with me & offered me a drink and a pick up to call enterprise to pick up my rental car on the day of the drop off. Everything is really good about this place, everything done very well; from their service to their professionally done work. The only feedback I have and could be based on them being busy so I'll give them the benefit of doubt, they don't communicate updates unless you called them orders orders near completion there were a few things and changes in the initial estimate which was double the estimate I wasn't aware until the day of the pick up. I also asked for a part from my car to be fixed that wasn't part of the damage and it was just something cosmetic from the past and they said they would fix it but then they weren't able to and they said they thought I didn't approve. But it in general it is important to highlight that their communication is very well and Taylor was amazing at responding either through text or through phone communication on any issue or any concern and welcome to come back for any issue and coming back and I was traveling so from my friend picked up my car. They were very few interior pieces that were not put back that it took on another quick visit to put back in place and a few scratches by the door that I'm very confident that were in there but they're very flexible I believe so. “Great local AutoBody shop worked with the insurance company and they give free estimates. They guarantee the work they do and I couldn't even notice a difference in my car. They only have two workers and they are father and son they have been in in Clayton for over 20 years so that should speak for itself. If you don't do good work you wouldn't be in business that long. If you had an accident i would definitely check them out you wont be disappointed.”
