Ms. Rachael greeted me and explained everything thoroughly, followed by Alan explaining the process and the timeframe for completion of my car. He was professional and down to earth. Most importantly, he kept all lines of communication open by letting me know a status and a timeframe. Upon retrieving my car, it looked better now than it did when I first purchased it at the dealer (lol). They did such an EXCELEENT job, I almost forgot what the damage previously was. I called on a Monday morning, and Matt told me to come right in. He looked at my car immediately and sat down with me on the spot to provide a clear, straightforward estimate. I was on a tight timeline (Monday to Friday), and before I had even finished submitting my insurance claim, he was already on the phone confirming parts availability.

Back in December 2025, a deer ran into the side of the vehicle and damaged the left side, the front bumper, and the hood. From start to finish, Xtreme Collision worked seamlessly with Progressive and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process until I picked the car up earlier this week.
When I saw the vehicle, it looked just like the day I picked it up from the BMW dealership after it arrived from the factory. Since it was custom ordered, that meant a lot to me. The quality of the work is truly impressive.

“Ross is amazing! This review is a little late (it’s been about a month), but I had to make sure to shout him out. The visor on my 2011 Camry broke off. I already had the part and just needed someone to install it, so I stopped by since they’re an auto body shop. He originally said $20 which was totally fair, but he had it done in 5 minutes and ended up not charging me at all. That man has a heart of gold. “Sent my car there for damage from a break in attempt. The front desk team members were friendly. At first I wasn't happy with the estimated time frame but my car was completed a week early. There was clear communication throughout the whole process. My car was so clean when I got it back! There was slight damage to my front fender from a separate incident, the repair team did a small fix so it stays in place - completely unrelated to my main issue. That was a very pleasant surprise.”

“Easy-stress free Experince ! From day one I entered to get an estimate and share the damage with them about my car. I called many of the other stores in the area, and the store was the only one able to receive my car in a weeks notice. They were a courteous and very friendly receptionist shared good story with me & offered me a drink and a pick up to call enterprise to pick up my rental car on the day of the drop off. Everything is really good about this place, everything done very well; from their service to their professionally done work. The only feedback I have and could be based on them being busy so I'll give them the benefit of doubt, they don't communicate updates unless you called them orders orders near completion there were a few things and changes in the initial estimate which was double the estimate I wasn't aware until the day of the pick up. I also asked for a part from my car to be fixed that wasn't part of the damage and it was just something cosmetic from the past and they said they would fix it but then they weren't able to and they said they thought I didn't approve. But it in general it is important to highlight that their communication is very well and Taylor was amazing at responding either through text or through phone communication on any issue or any concern and welcome to come back for any issue and coming back and I was traveling so from my friend picked up my car. They were very few interior pieces that were not put back that it took on another quick visit to put back in place and a few scratches by the door that I'm very confident that were in there but they're very flexible I believe so. “I couldn’t be happier with the service from this place. Earlier this month, I was involved in my first accident with my 2025 Toyota Camry SE, and I had no idea what to expect or how the process worked. My insurance company referred me to this auto body shop, and from the very beginning, they made everything incredibly easy and stress-free.
Since my car was still drivable, I dropped it off on Monday and was told repairs would likely take about two weeks. To my surprise, they called me on Thursday (only 4 days later!!) to let me know my car was ready. When I picked it up, it looked absolutely amazing. You genuinely can’t even tell it was ever in an accident.
What really stood out to me was their communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated daily through text messages, letting me know when parts were ordered, when they arrived, and when repairs officially began. The professionalism, speed, and quality of work were all outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.”
“Had some work done here a few years ago. Nothing major, a rock from a lawn mower hit the side of the car so they had to fix and repaint the passenger side door and panel. It cot about $1000 so I used insurance. Went to trade it in this past weekend and the guy who did the appraisal was super impressed with the work and the paint match. The color was Glacier White. He said he could usually tell when there has been work done and a repaint but whoever did this did an exceptional job. So I wanted to send a shout out to these guys and next time I need work done I'll definitely give them a call!”
