“absolutely amazing service. i was skeptical of only 5 star reviews, but decided to trust my gut and i am so glad i did! i got hit by a (severely) intoxicated driver back in november and we called and they got us in and fixed asap. they ran incredibly smooth with insurance and were so friendly. my car is 21 years old, and when we had it fixed at another place about a year ago, my car was gone for over a month despite the estimate stating a week. my car looked brand new, and they even vacuumed it out before giving it back to me! the communication and customer service at auto body xperts is incomparable.”

They didn't even charge me!!I called last minute and made an appointment for the same day to have an estimate done because my car was keyed. I had already received another estimate from another body shop for $1600. Amy, at Piperformance, came out and looked at the damage. She thought it could be buffed out but also explained that if it couldn't be buffed out, all that would go into making the repair. A technician came out and was indeed able to buff it out. The expensive repair was not called for and they did not even charge me for what they did. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!”

“My car has a new factory matte finish so I was skeptical if the car would turn out as it was delivered to me a year ago. The manager and the head paint technician both came out to look at the car and were extremely helpful discussing the paint process. My car was side swiped by another vehicle so the 2 doors had to be replaced and most of the right side of the car painted. Caliber found the factory finish paint and it looks good as new again! Their customer service was excellent - highly recommend.”
