Ms. Rachael greeted me and explained everything thoroughly, followed by Alan explaining the process and the timeframe for completion of my car. He was professional and down to earth. “Golf ball hit hood bounced on the glass. Cracked windshield. Fender scuffed. Chris originally did my intake. He was nice just felt robotic. Picked up car. Due to construction in the area, the Car was filthy. Someone left their shoe print in the seat. Paint job had a little trash in paint. Ryan took over at pick up. He had Ron’s of energy and was an excellent communicator.”

I called on a Monday morning, and Matt told me to come right in. He looked at my car immediately and sat down with me on the spot to provide a clear, straightforward estimate. I was on a tight timeline (Monday to Friday), and before I had even finished submitting my insurance claim, he was already on the phone confirming parts availability.
From there, the entire process was seamless. Matt kept me updated every step of the way, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. The work itself was excellent.

Back in December 2025, a deer ran into the side of the vehicle and damaged the left side, the front bumper, and the hood. From start to finish, Xtreme Collision worked seamlessly with Progressive and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process until I picked the car up earlier this week.
When I saw the vehicle, it looked just like the day I picked it up from the BMW dealership after it arrived from the factory. Since it was custom ordered, that meant a lot to me. The quality of the work is truly impressive.

I already had the part and just needed someone to install it, so I stopped by since they’re an auto body shop. He originally said $20 which was totally fair, but he had it done in 5 minutes and ended up not charging me at all. That man has a heart of gold. “These guys are the best! I looked around for quite some time for someone to power coat my rims. These guys were the only ones around that could handle it all. They removed the tires, did a great job on the rims and remounted and balanced the tires after. The end result is rims with nearly 100k miles that look basically brand new. I’d recommend and use them again in a second!”

“Sent my car there for damage from a break in attempt. The front desk team members were friendly. At first I wasn't happy with the estimated time frame but my car was completed a week early. There was clear communication throughout the whole process. My car was so clean when I got it back! There was slight damage to my front fender from a separate incident, the repair team did a small fix so it stays in place - completely unrelated to my main issue. That was a very pleasant surprise.”

“5/5, whether you're here due to an insurance claim or not. This place absolutely will take care of you like no other! We did have an insurance claim, not at fault and through GEICO. Let me tell you everything ran smoothly, but more importantly, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had a new used Palisade, from a dealer. Still had the temporary tags. Chris came out to check on the damage and ended up finding out there was cheap after market work done. The damage was where we were hit and he made it a point to document everything for us for the dealer and also remedied the bad work. Brand spanking new. He called us that the back glass was cheaply stuck in and cracked, he was able to find us the exact part for so cheap, as a local place had it on sale. They also worked with our busy schedule and made it easy to pay the small out of pocket cost and left the keys for us to pick up and drop off the rental after hours. I personally would come here for any damage that occurs to my car at fault or not. Look at the rest of the reviews! Also make sure to seek out Chris, super awesome dude who will go above and beyond! “I had a small fender bender on one side of my back bumper, and they not only fixed that but a few other small places on the bumper that needed repair. They also cleaned my car and got it looking better than it did when I brought it to them. They were quick, diligent and very kind. “Easy-stress free Experince ! From day one I entered to get an estimate and share the damage with them about my car. I called many of the other stores in the area, and the store was the only one able to receive my car in a weeks notice. They were a courteous and very friendly receptionist shared good story with me & offered me a drink and a pick up to call enterprise to pick up my rental car on the day of the drop off. Everything is really good about this place, everything done very well; from their service to their professionally done work. The only feedback I have and could be based on them being busy so I'll give them the benefit of doubt, they don't communicate updates unless you called them orders orders near completion there were a few things and changes in the initial estimate which was double the estimate I wasn't aware until the day of the pick up. I also asked for a part from my car to be fixed that wasn't part of the damage and it was just something cosmetic from the past and they said they would fix it but then they weren't able to and they said they thought I didn't approve. But it in general it is important to highlight that their communication is very well and Taylor was amazing at responding either through text or through phone communication on any issue or any concern and welcome to come back for any issue and coming back and I was traveling so from my friend picked up my car. They were very few interior pieces that were not put back that it took on another quick visit to put back in place and a few scratches by the door that I'm very confident that were in there but they're very flexible I believe so. P.S I will add photos soon”
“Recently, I experienced a few challenges with my Jeep Cherokee. My radiator needed to be replaced, and my car was leaking oil significantly. I learned about Next Level Customs from one of my friends that has had work done by them several times, so I took a chance. The owner, the mechanic and the rest of the staff were all great! They were patient and answered all the questions I had. Most importantly :-), the repairs were done correctly, and my car is working as normal!
After they fixed the radiator and the oil leak issue, I revisited the shop to get their feedback about my front seat, which wasn't fully functional. I could adjust it forward and backwards, but I didn't have the option to raise it, lower it, etc. They told me they could fix it and they did exactly that! My seat is fully functional! Thanks to Next Level Customs, I think I can keep my Jeep a little while longer!”
