I waited in line for the pharmacy behind 6 other cars well before 1:30. I pulled up to the window and 1:31 and the man said sorry you have to come back after lunch after waiting for over 15 minutes. He couldn't wait to eat his lunch. Poor poor customer service. Will be switching back to walgreens.

My wife wanted to return a horrendous beauty product purchased here. The manager Matthew did not listen to a word we were saying about the CVS website saying it was 100% satisfaction guarantee and this product could be returned to ANY CVS store with receipt. He just kept saying that was for CVS brand products only but that is NOT what the CVS website said. He told me he was going to print off a paper saying that they don't take returns...which again, is not what the website says. Matthew is an incompetent manager and does not care about the customer. I do not recommend going to this store at all and don't expect to get good customer service if you do

The bathroom here is 0/10 . Very disgusting i'm pretty sure it was bodily fluids on the toilet.

So, this is how pharmacy staff are keeping us safe. Employees are counting meds and breathing potentially dangerous germs all over our meds! This lady doesn't have her nose covered as she counts pills. I noted the problem to the pharmacy manager and he ignored me. This behavior is inexcusable for medical staff!! How can you ignore science and work in healthcare!! Shame on CVS!!

If I could give this less stars I would. The pharmacists are so rude. Good luck being treated with any sort of respect. I paid online for 2 prescriptions. Came in to pick them up. They wouldnt give them to me unless I paid again. I waited a couple of days and brought them PROOF that the online payment has posted to my bank account. Nope! Still had to pay again. I cannot get any help with a refund either- since I've now paid twice for the same prescriptions!!! CVS is horrible!!! And the Knightdale store cares nothing about you the customer... the patient. Move your prescriptions before you have something happen where you need them.. because I assure you they will not have your back!!!!!

I went here for the minute clinic and one of the other workers kept coming in and out of the room opening the door in the middle of my exam. I wanted to do some shopping in there after but it was so dirty that I didnt even want to buy anything from there. When I tried to contact them all they said was 'Thanks for letting us know'.

You call put on hold disconnected automated system says call back later. Then try to call the store manager, says unable to connect, call back again. Called in RX received text last night that it was ready went to pick up today at 11o'clock they said it was not ready. The Male pharmacist is AWESOME.. but the staff... well, to be nice, if you are not happy there work somewhere else

I wish I could give them higher - the people are friendly as is the pharmacist. The issue is I can't get my prescription consistently filled. I have major allergy issues and have a standing prescription for Claritin-D on an auto refill and yet every month I have to go 2-4 times to get it because they give it away, even though I have a standing prescription. I've talked and complained to their corporate offices and I just have to accept that customer service for regular customers is not at the forefront of their focus.

Employees are NOT A BIT concerned about the customers. I returned an item that still had TAGS on it and they wouldn't even give me a store credit. So I just left the item there in the store. The employee was rude to me, and didn't seem to care one bit about trying to help solve the problem. The store is 'ok' ito organization and neatness. Pharmacy is slow as a turtle licking a lollipop. Overall not impressed. Other than that they are ok, a 3star is as far as I go fir them.
