This had been the best Pharmacy we have ever used. They are right on time. Friendly, overworked and still kind and they do everything they can to help you. If I have a question about a medication the doctor has put me on, I call them. They don’t mind stopping, looking it up what I’m on to let
me if it’s safe for me to mix it with my other medications. They’ve been a big help.
They all work so hard and everyone of them work some long hours and definitely do not get paid enough for their hard long hours they out in.
We love these pharmacists and respect everyone of them.

Never in my life have I needed an appointment for a flu shot at CVS — they even have a sign out on the counter about same day flu vaccines. I was rudely turned away with the commentary that they didn’t even know why that sign was out … um, how about because it’s the store policy that you don’t need an appointment? There was no one in line, they were too busy filling orders and just didn’t want to do their job. Bad management and stupid to turn people away.

I am in CVS frequently. The staff work hard but it seems that CVS doesn't care about the staff or patients. Over working the staff isn't the way to run a successful business. Seems like those making staffing decisions should actually work in a CVS for a couple of weeks.

The CVS at Target in Knightdale,NC is not the most convenient for me but is the best in my area. The closest ones to me are not staffed adequately and often do not have the prescription I need.

Karen, at the CVS pharmacy inside Target was very professional! Also, she was so patient , helpful and her demeanor over the phone was so kindful!! That is an Elite customer service we need in this world! Thank you Karen!!

Cindy is my favorite but most of the staff are very personable and efficient. It’s nice to shop where they remember your name and go the extra mile to help. We miss JJ though.

Customer service is horrible! And if you need your medication asap don’t send it here. Send your prescriptions elsewhere.

This CVS pharmacy location is located inside of Target. I received an automated update by text notification after my doctor submitted my prescription. The text provided a link to the status of my prescription. Since the pharmacy wasn't open yet I had to wait a little while to get my prescription. It was not a long wait after they opened. I also got a text when my order was ready. When I arrived I did not have to wait in line long. The pharmacy tech was professional but not really personable. Outside of prescriptions, this location provides vaccinations as well.

You better pray the pharmacist doesn’t answer your call because she will not let you speak, is not helpful, and cuts you off before you can tell her why you’re calling. I had to hang up the phone because this woman was so rude. I’ll be looking into different pharmacies to use.

Be aware, they can (and did) refuse to fill life saving medicines without any notice and with approval from your Dr. Lives could be lost due to this pharmacist. Employees are amazing (except the pharmacist)

You arent a bank. Get some realistic hours. You allowed my wife's prescriptions to get filled by the ER, but now she is at home in pain because of you. Get bent.

I received the incorrect prescription when I got home. Tried to return it and the pharmacy said as soon as I walked out the store no returns. For $37 that was a costly mistake. I suggest no one take the pharmacy word, check the name and price before accepting anything from CVS.
