Went in for strep throat...my whole family. Knew we all had it because I had one child already tested at his normal office. Cost me $420 for each of us. They billed my insurance $420 per person plus the strep test fee. It's supposed to be an urgent care office visit but was billed as a primary care visit. So strep throat cost me $2,100...and we had to go back two weeks later because the antibiotics didn't work. I didn't know I was being billed that much for each patient...and we were all treated at the same time. In the same room. Duke you made a pretty penny. I'll be going somewhere else.

DO NOT go here. I just left and sitting in my car in tears. I’ve been sick the past 3 weeks. 2 stomach bugs and now a really bad deep cough, high fever, along with other symptoms. They did testing but NO EXAM!! Didn’t even listen to my lungs. Nothing. Not a damn thing. I was told to ride it out. And then got a medicine sent in for night time thats going to raise my BP if I take it. I have high Bp already. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I will NEVER step foot in this urgent care again.

HORRIBLE, Wait times are always long and providers never know what wrong with you. You just diagnose yourself this place is just ridiculous! Waiting 2hrs just for a note..

If you come to this urgent care the PA David Hart is absolutely amazing! He listens, he’s very polite and will help you in every way possible to get to the root of your health condition!

I'v been going to Duke Knightdale walk in for over 10 years. I always get wonderful and timely service. My advice....Be patient, wait until they call you. Nothing but positive things to say about Duke hospital . I'm very fortunate to have them as my health care providers! Thank you Duke.

No help from staff. Security told me to sign in on clipboard, so I did. Check in staff stayed on cell phones and did not call us. 20 minutes later another person comes in and is greeted and checked in immediately. I asked the other clerk if I could get checked in that I had signed the clipboard. She asked if I checked in on the kiosk! Rude!!

At the time, I was happy they were open on Sunday. I have a sinus infection and told them that I get these every time I come to North Carolina. I told them that the only thing that does any good is a rocephin and steroid shot with an antibiotic. They didn’t listen to a word. Who knows your body better than you? Now here I sit in the doctor’s office again worse than I was Sunday. Geez, listen to your patients. We know what works and don’t on something like this.

Amazing experience, Im so glad we took the trip. Wilson has become awful as far as getting urgent care service: Wilson Immediate care by the hospital no longer accepts my daughter's insurance, Fastmed is appt only in which they were totally booked for today, other urgent care in Wilson closed. So off to knightdale we went.From check-in to check-out was great. Everyone was friendly and worked as fast as they could to have patients seen in a timely manner.Our visit was only 1 1/2 hours. My daughter was seen by Provider Ghidora. I have no complaints.

Love this facility. From Lisa at check-in, Landy who took my vitals and Blake my P.A., all were just wonderful. You can’t teach empathy. They made me feel like they truly cared about me and really listened to my concerns. Blake, what an asset you are to Duke. You took your time with me and I feel confident I will get my medical needs finally resolved. And, in and out in an hour! I hope this office rewards their professional staff and do all they can to keep them happy, so they will stay as long as they can. Thank you all.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick care. The doctor evaluated my son and placed a splint on his broken finger quickly and provided us with a referral to an orthopedist.

Went to urgent care with severe upper quadrant pain after my trip to the E.R 2 days prior served me no purpose my Dr. Listened to my concerns with a smile on her face I got more answers out of her, then Duke E.R. she explained everything that could be going on ran some test. Dr. Bindi Shukla, you are phenomenal. For the first time in almost a week I'm able to get some sleep

Put my son on the waitlist, never got a confirmation. Called to make sure I was on it, claimed we were. Get there and it made no difference that we had put our names on the waitlist 30 mins prior, our names went to the back of the list. A complete unorganized mess. I will not be back if I can avoid it.
