Walked in today with my friend and we saw that it was two young people working and they were doing just that working hustling hard between drive thru and the front counter. Malik made my drink so great exactly how I asked with better sprinkled on top. And Cynitha was running drive thru with such hustle grace despite it just being them too! I hope their Mangers know what amazing employees they have!

Manager needs to be FIRED at this location. EXTREMELY RUDE / Unprofessional. Knightdale NCIf my coffee is not right I will obviously have remade. I went to get my coffee remade a day after buying it because I didn’t have time to go back the same day, the manager (black lady, heavy set) said that I can’t do that because you have to get it remade within the hour. This was interesting seeing how I have done so in the past of it was wrong. She refused to remake my coffee so I just ended up ordering another. And now today, I got a coffee and the guy that made it made it clearly did not follow what I wanted in it. Within 5 minutes after receiving my order I went back and The manager comes to the window saying I get my coffee remade too many times (when this is her second time seeing me) and she again refused to remake my coffee, she told the guy that originally made it to not remake my coffee. Not only did she not keep her word of saying you have to get the coffee remade within the hour, but she is extremely rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. She then went on to argue with me, saying “from now on you’re going to order you’re coffee black and put the things you want in it on the side so you can put it in yourself.” No, I don’t come to a coffee shop to make my own coffee and I’m not letting someone tell me how I’m going to order my coffee. So she ended up giving me my money back and slammed the drive thru window shut. I don’t know how she’s the manger with her lack of customer service skills, or people skills in general, and with her horrible attitude. I think this Dunkin’ Donuts should reevaluate their manager qualifications because she is NOT it.

I have had multiple bad experiences coming to this Dunkin Donuts. The manager literally banned me from the store because she claims that I "get my coffee remade too many times" when I have only done it 3 times in total for good reasons. The manager is very disrespectful as well. The last 2 times I got my coffee remade because it didn't taste good she gave me an attitude and said told me to order my coffee with the ingredients on the side and I'm not doing that. I come to a coffee shop to get my coffee made, not to make it myself, and she didn't even remake my coffee that time, all she did was give me my money back. So the third time I went back to get my coffee remade bc it look like there was something white in my coffee that isn't supposed to be there, she told me that I could no longer come to the store. Very poor customer service even from the manager, so I don't recommend coming here.

Just about all employees are rude. They never greet you. Donuts are always either placed upside down or side ways in the bag. God forbid if THEY mess your coffee up because they will give you a huge attitude about it and tell you if you get your coffee remade again you will not be allowed to return to that location…. What kind of customer service is that? Manager is no different, she’s rude as all hell. Usual managers try to accommodate you when they are the ones who mess up, but not this knightdale location. Definitely NOT returning. Don’t even know how people keep coming here.

I come to my local Dunkin’ Donuts shop almost everyday and get the same order all the time for some reason today was a different experience for me, I was greeted by a young lady named Kayla and informed that they were all out of the large ice coffee cups, so I simply asked if she could accommodate the large coffee size cup for a large hot coffee cup just to assure that I was getting exactly what I ordered instead she replied I’m sorry I’m not corporate I’m just an employee and we are not allowed to give you a large hot coffee cup for the accommodations, I explained that I will still pay the full price for the large ice coffee the only difference would be the large hot cup instead. At that moment I just settled for a medium size. This employee just lost a sale and a valued customer moving forward. Thanks for you customer service.. oh btw this is how my Boston cream donuts were placed in the bag as well. SMH.

Horrible attitudes from them. Every time I go. They don't say anything when you pull up to the speaker unless you say something because they're hoping that if they pretend that they Don't know that you're there then you'll just leave. They always mess up my order or forget something. They never cook the food properly, especially the avocado toast , I don't think they even cook the bread, they just put cold avocado on a cold raw piece of bread. It's literally called toast, I don't know why they don't toast it. Toast is supposed to be crunchy isn't it???

Everyone I order from uber eats my 60 percent of my order is wrong! I just received someone’s Grubhub coffee with my Uber eats order! I ordered the sandwich on a bagel and 3 times in a row it came on a croissant! Get it together over there sheesh! It ain’t that hard!

Yall need to read your tickets. Mobile orders are just as important as regular orders made in store and at drive thru. I come everyday. Yall know me. Make my drink right. It’s not rocket science. It’s really simple.

I don’t know how to shop for coffee so anytime my little sister comes around with a great drink I snap a picture of the receipt on the cup. Despite how annoying it is to read a picture of the abbreviations— Lolo was welcoming, very patient and kind. She even gave recommendations and helped me discover a new taste that I’m thrilled about. Thanks Lolo. There was another lady, didn’t get her name, but her smile is contagious. Vibrant energy. Only negative was a selection of ice cream. I was in the mood for a scoop or two.

I asked why I got cold snakin bacon and the young woman said that it was company policy…when I asked her to heat it up she got angry, started cursing and even physically threatened me. That will be the last time I go there…I filed a complaint with corporate but she’s lucky I’m mature enough not to take it a different route…but will she be so lucky with the next customer, I wonder

It's been a minute since I had a Dunkin coffee, everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and hash browns. The cashier and other staff were smiling and greeted me. In the lobby people were sitting and talking, a couple ofWomen, older couple and a gentleman were conversing. I overheard the gentleman standing talking with the elderly couple about "rabbit hunting". I was so tempted to interject, but I didn't. I use to help my Dad clean rabbits after he went rabbit hunting on Saturday morning with fellow men in the community. I say all ALL of that to say, small-town living is American. So, Dunkin Donuts in Knightendale(sp.), NC. Thanks for a moment in time twice. Well I thought the bagel looked small but I never worked at one. I bite dOuGHhh... It's still a great day.?
