Poor service , you wait for your vehicle and they give it to the next person while u been waiting for it to get clean for 30 minutes, then They want you to wait another 30 minutes for the next van to come in...... Horrible services!

Wow what an experience!!! I wish I could give this location 100 stars. Mackenzie is so good at her job. Her customer service her empathy her energy are above amazing. Not sure who hired her but We'll Done! She needs a $dat a girl$ because she is a Goddess!

I received great customer service from Matthew! They worked with my insurance company every step of the way to get the vehicle I needed, when I needed it. Each person I encountered was highly professional and courteous.

Had a rental booked for pickup at 12, get there and they have “revised” hours but no notice that they closed at 12. Transparency with your customers would be appreciated to avoid inconvenience…

I’m driving a car because of an accident.The actual rental process was efficient and professional!There are a few issues with my car and communication with any associate at Enterprise Knightdale though;No windshield wiper fluidRight tire psi low.Car squeaks in rear while driving it (?)The car was not clean when I received it ( exterior and interior)I’ve called several times and I’m put ( and left ) on hold!I have no time to drive there ( Holidays, work and inconvenient for me )….It’s very frustrating!

This location used to be excellent but is severely lacking over the past several months. Customer service itself is professional but TWICE since the summer they have run out of cars even though I had a reservation!! How is that??? The reservation I had in the summer was made several weeks in advance. When I went to pick up the car there were none available. We told them we could come back in the morning. The next morning there still were NONE. We ended up having to drive our personal car for travel unexpectedly. We have yet to receive a call, email, or any form of communication to say if a car became available. Not even one apology for their lack at my expense. I'm done with Enterprise.

Horrible service. Does not matter what type of car you book, you are stuck with whatever they have. Cars are dirty, over 50k miles, and always out for maintenance.Booked an SUV 3 times and issues all 3 times. The most recent, they did not have an suv and told me I had to call other locations to find a car myself. They could not help and could not explain why when I book an SUV it says it’s confirmed but never available.Called and on hold for over 5 min and then someone hung up the phone without saying anything. Ever since the manager AJ was moved to another location the service has hit an all time low. I was using this location once a month and never treated with so much disrespect and lack of basic service.

The experience was absolutely horrific. We gotta rental due to a car accident. We went through 3 vehicles due to issues and their rentals spelling like smoke. When it was time to get our refund for the fees totaling $154.12 since it was an insurance claim they didn’t refund us the fees and didn’t provide adequate customer service. Both managers Kelsey and Raynel didn’t not call us back. We had to call for 2-weeks and when we called again we spoke with Deja and she said we’re not supposed to get a refund and then offered $75 based on the deposit and issues, but not the full amount. Deja was the only one to call us back and attempt to help and it was her first day. I sent an email to corporate Enterprise and no response. We still haven’t gotten this issue resolved and hoping Enterprise will take better care of their customers!

I rented from this location twice this year and both times were an excellent customer experience.They worked with me through some insurance subsidy issues and were extremely patient and understanding of my situation.I would highly recommend this location because of their professionalism, expertise and customer care!!

The staff here are helpful and friendly. The cars are immaculately clean. When we had an issue they resolved it quickly and were extremely responsive, making it a non-issue. Finding this level of service is a joy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The level of vehicle I reserved wasn’t available. The rep offered several other vehicles to find one to my liking. They were kind and courteous and fast! Great experience. Return was also simple and my deposit was refunded quickly.

Customer service was above and beyond awesome. Greg and Anthony were absolutely amazing. It was only the 2 of them working the whole office and they were doing the damn thing. Both Greg and Anthony were super nice, answered every question I had with patience and detail, plus they had about 20 other things going on at the same time but they still made sure that I received the time and attention needed to answer my questions and get me into a rental. Greg and Anthony deserve a raise!
