Not sure if they all operate similarly but I hate this location. The cashiers can never help you because they're always on the phone with customers trying to solve some complicated problem. It's like these people need an office for these calls not operating the cash register at the same time. Stop being cheap Home Depot.

I purchased at least 25 bare root rose bushes over the course of the last 3 months. At the time of purchase I verified there was a guarantee on them. I was told if I am not happy with them I have 1 year to bring them back with the receipt. Saturday morning my husband needed to go to Home Depot to buy some wood and I noticed 4 of the bushes weren't growing properly. There was some green still on them but they were clearly dying. I pulled them out of the ground, put them in a bag and handed them to my husband along with the receipt to return. He came back and said the person at Home Depot said the bushes were clearly over a year old and she was questioning if they were even rose bushes and refused to do a replacement or refund. REALLY?! I will never, ever buy anything else from Home Depot because of this. I feel ripped off.

I just recently closed on a new home in December, so naturally, I needed appliances. I shopped around for the particular washer and dryer with pedestals, the prices for the washer and dryer were the same as Sears, however the pedestals were at much higher price. I spoke with corporate and they verified that the store could match the price and told me to order them then call to get the price adjusted. The first issue began there when the store refused to match the price. After dealing with corporate having to call them, they finally matched it. Placed my order on the 27th of December and I sto don't have my washer and dryer. They canceled my first delivery due to truck issues ( I guess they only have one). She rescheduled my delivery for Monday the 7th . I tell her if it cannot be delivered after 3pm that won't work. She places a notation on the order only for it to be ignored. Deliver guy calls me at 8am to say yes 30 minutes away. Sir, I am I'm an airport in Florida..... Now I am forced to wait until Saturday for my order. This has been the most frustrating purchase and no one at Home Depot seems to care about the inconvenience this has placed on my household. If it's not something I can go pick up myself, I would be very hesitant to make another large purchase from this store again.

Destiny was great and William and Melissa fixing my order for appliances.. they are installed and working. The lumber guy was horrible.. i just needed two by 4s and he kept following me around asking me what i was building... I stopped and said can you just get me some 2í—4s.. i go find what else i need.. i come back and no 2x4s... he looks at me and says what length.. sigh.. 3rd stringer... i finally got everyrhing that i needed but how exhausting that guy was..

This is usually my "go to" hardware store, but after yesterday's experience it may not be. Found an adorable outdoor bistro set, bar high table with 2 chairs. Had to walk to service desk for help. A guy walked over, he's the regular greater there when you first walk in. I told him I wanted the set but couldn't find the table. He said floor model was last one. I found 2 good chairs among damaged ones and told him they were too heavy for me to carry. He went and got me a flat bed cart. He stood there with with work gloves on and watched me struggle to get them on the cart. He pushed the cart to checkout while I carried a chair. One of the chairs on the cart he was pushing fell and got damaged. Guess who picked that up! Yep, me....then I walked back found another chair and paid for all of it. I left everything at the checkout so I could pull my car around. Loaded the 2 chairs and turned around to see the guy standing right there watching me. As I struggled to get the table into my car I said, "I don't think it's going to fit" I set it down to rest and struggled again to make it fit. At one point I almost dropped it and the entire time he just stood there!!! I'm all of a 120 lbs struggling with this and he's like over 6 ft tall just watching me struggle. I try and do a lot myself but this was just down right rude. Next time I'll go to Lowe's

The store is clean and fairly organized. However it is the worst customer service I ever had in a Home Depot or any other home improvement store. The associates don't know where things are or what's in their inventory. They just don't care about their customers, barely addressing the customer inquiries and often with a horrible demeanor.

Love this store. Always clean, always organized. The staff I've interacted with is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in the stores products, or were able to quickly locate someone who was knowledgeable on a particular product selection. We bought tile here for our bathroom and shower, and the woman who assisted us, helped us choose different accent tiles, insisted we sit while she ran back and forth getting items that she thought we'd like to use, and triple checked the online order (store didn't have enough of some of the items). The shipping time was great, and I won't hold HD responsible for the one driver who had a severe attitude problem when he called about my delivery. I drive an hour to get here due to my local Lowe's Home Improvement being a complete waste of retail space.

I do not have too many one star reviews but here we go!!! Candidly, I could write a novel here in regard to my experience but will keep it short. I made a very large purchase after building a home. Items were delivered inoperable, cracked, etc., after dealing with corporate multiple, and I mean multiple times the nightmare ended. Now here is the best part. Since I'm hardheaded and said I will not deal with Home Depot again, what did I do? Go back for some more punishment. This time it was for some household good items, a little piping, screws, etc. So, I venture to the cashier and she rings it up and I gave her my drivers license which has my Veteran ID. She said that is the wrong ID, perplexed as I never had an issue figuring I have a state drivers license I pulled out my American Legion Card, My Airborne Association Card, and asked her if she needed anything else? Now, here comes the best!!! This individual (I could easily go off the reservation) looks and me and states " I doubt you are still in the military?" Ugh No. "Looking at you thats what I thought, Home Depot only provides our young active military discounts not old leftovers" Long story short, I have not been back, I have not been back into a Home Depot, nor will I. Lowes now has all of my business. Since this is Yelp I will keep it professional and not way what I really would like to state.

I am certainly pleased with Dave in the Lumber department on my visit today! He was more than helpful and determined to help me find a simple screw in the enormous world of screws for my dryer. While his coworkers weren't certain that they carried any Dave ventured on in looking for the right screw in the midst of assisting 3 guests all at once. He walked with me up and down the isles and even tested the screw to make sure it was what I needed. I felt so confident it was the right one because a 2 min stop turned into a 20 min adventure. I wish we could have Daves customer service in every store I shop in to make my experience great! If the world accepted GOLD STARS I'd give him all 5. My mom is pleased and we can finally dry our clothes in our new home all because of Dave.

The customer service here is horrible... e.v.e.r.y time... I asked 3 different staff members to help me get plywood and no one ever came :( I am tired of it. I will be cutting my charge card up and will only be shopping at Lowes.

Thank you Justin Bell @ the Home Depot - Resolution Expeditor-Home Services, for getting my blind fixed FAST, and for following up through phone calls and e-mails.. You did provide me with world class customer service!!!!!! If I can give one piece of advise to other people out there that are not getting the service that they deserve at there HD, contact HD Resolution Expeditor - Home Services, since they will look into your issue fast, and do what they need to do to get the issue resolved FAST!!!! Also, the store did credit me back the $75.00, which was pretty cool..
