Liars like all T-Mobile salesmen. Told the young lady it was an emergency & I needed the cheapest way into a new phone. She proceeds to lie about my rate plan & inflate the price. She also added insurance & charged me for 2 screen protectors that I don't have. She then told me the taxes on my $179.99 phone were $30-$40. I've bought way more expensive phones before & I know how much things cost. Entire transaction was fraudulent & I will be switching back to AT&T when my 30 days are up. Tip: buy your phones cash & activate them yourself.

I went in to get a new phone and the manager Angela was so nice and knowledgeable about the products that she sells she made it easy for me to make my purchase. I would definitely go back to this location again.

Do not waist your time or money at this store. if the phone is not working, you can't get your money back even though the receipt says you can. The store manager, Laura cannot help you. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I've been here a few times and it has always been a pleasant visit.Today we were greeted with an employee opening the door for us. I know that's not customary. He must have been doing something in the front of the store at the time but the gesture was appreciated because he didn't have to.Our visit was quick. They corrected what was wrong with my son's phone with friendliness, before we were sent off with a 'have a great day.'It was a very positive experience.

They have the absolute worst customer service. I will not ever buy anything from Metro again, and am currently looking to switch phone companies! Doesn't make sense to offer items under a care package (supposed to be at no additional cost) however, was charged for everything! Ding dong 1 and 2, were not helpful at all! Wouldn't have given them 1 star, they suck to say the least!

Called to see what upgrade options were available. Talked to the district manager Carmesha and she was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about products, specials, and current promotions. I will definitely keep metro for all my cellular needs and continue to use this location.

We went to Metro Mobile in Knightdale yesterday and I was really impressed. The Manager Johnny and his team were answering customer questions and teaching them how to operate their phones, taking their time with them and not just blowing them off like other stores. Their caring and concern was very refreshing.

Their caring and concern was very refreshing. Any phone model that was asked for is available (a new concept) in the store. We were even offered water while waiting. After observing all this we switched to Metro Mobile for a great deal and service. Kudos to Johnny and his team!
