From the moment I called and spoke with Austin, I felt like he listened to my anxiety of using a moving company due to a prior move that was absolutely horrible. He assured me he would be sure everything was taken care of and they would provide a great service. On moving day, Jordan and his crew (DT, Pablo and Marco) showed up and assured me they would take great care of our belongings. They put blankets and coverings in place to protect our home and I didn't notice one spot on any walls they hit moving furniture down the tight stair case. They were efficient and cautious and even worked on when it started to rain! They met us the next day at our new home and, again, were efficient unloading and placing items where we directed. I would absolutely recommend Crabtree Family Moving.”

“I set up a move with all my sons and the process was great. The customer service was phenomenal and the price was really fair. Ultimately, I ended up moving everything by myself before the moving date so I didn’t need the actual move, but they were very understanding about it and immediately issued a refund. They were very easy to deal with and very understanding and upfront about everything. If I do have to move again I’ll definitely be using all my sons.”

She is the reason I chose Family Movers.The day of the move, Chris aka Buddy, called me in advance and gave me additional options I hadn’t had before. He was mindful of my time, money and task at hand. He showed up with a third guy as it makes the move so much smoother and efficient and it indeed was. Chris and his crew felt like they became family in a way. We spent some time together talking and chatting about life and work.
