This location is always clean and organized. Shot out to Terrance for assisting with laminating a poster as quick as possible. There was a wait time as I walked in with the request in the middle of the day. Terrance kept in touch via phone as he said he would. And even provided an extra communication regarding concerns about some pop out stickers before completing the job.

I watched a staff member (I think he was a a manager, he was middle aged, long dark grey hair worn in a pony tail) act very rude and condescending towards an employee as the employee was checking out my items at the register. The employee did nothing wrong and this is a grown man talking down to a young reserved girl who looked only high school aged. That guy sucked. The employee at the register was nice though and provided great service.

I called from Zebulon NC and asked for the boxes they didn't want. I was told by an employee I could have them. I drove all that way to get them to be told by Garrett we crushed them.

So yesterday I needed to get a new sketch book. I've gone through my fourth one in two months. I'm an illustrator working on a hand drawn series.I'm in search of a sketch book with 70lb pound paper. After a few trips to other stores, I try Office Max.The staff is absolutely polite the moment I walk in. I would give them 5 stars there without hesitation. I find the sketchbooks fairly quickly and have even brought in a reference sketchbook of my own to make sure the paper is about the same.Voila! I find one that fits my needs exactly. They have a few different options on the sale tags. 30 page book for about $8 and 150 page book for just under 20. The 30 page book can be found on the rack. No 150 page but I do see a 75 page book. Perfect, still what I'm looking for but let me go get a price on the 75 page book.I'll bring it up to the front and it scans in as the same price as 150 page book. Well I certainly don't want to pay the same price is a 150 page book. A staff member at this point follows me back to the Sketchbook shelf to figure it out. He was confused too.Ultimately in the end the 30 page book was marketed as what it is listed on the book - a 30 page sketch book. Instead of marketing the 75 page sketchbook as it is listed ON the book too, they listed it as 150; counting both front and back of the pages.I chuckled and said quite the deceptive and misleading marketing tactic. It was obvious from his reaction, he could understand why I made the statement.Again I don't blame the employees at all. The staff there was absolutely wonderful to deal with and he tried to rectify the situation by asking if I wanted to open an Office Max card. It would lower the cost of the sketch by $10, which would make it around the price it should have been. But I declined. I just needed the sketchbook and even though it was overpriced, getting back to work was my main focus.

Accidently ordered the wrong ink cartridge on line. Store associate was able to cancel order and get correct ink cartridge from stock. Ink cartridge was held for me for pick-up later that day.

On 13th June we went to buy Printer for the Ink which was expensive but we met a very nice professional and helping person young man Mr Javier who help us a lot but spending time on computer and working with some stuff and given us best price to buy the printer Ink . Office Max and customers are really blessed to have Mr Javier their on Cashier counter. To help the customers. Thanks to the Office Max and specifically to Javier.Ms Neena

Daemon saved the day today! He scanned in a very old precious picture we need for a wedding and it looks perfect after he used his expert knowledge to adjust the settings. I’ve been to Walmart, Walgreens, cvs, none of them do photo’s anymore and I couldn’t get my scanner settings right to make the photo look good. I was about to give up, I’m so glad I stopped by this office max. Very kind staff!

Great customer service. Was looking for something that was stated in stock in store and actually wasn't. The guy that helped me (with a ponytail) was very helpful in finding me something in stock that still fit the needs of what I was looking for. Also, I loved that I was greeted when I walked in. Keep up the good work!!!!

Yesterday I called 5 places about binding and mailing a 195-page rough draft dissertation. I like how Terrance responded so I drove from my home in Raleigh to Office Depot in Knightdale although other locations were closer. Suzy was at the counter when I arrived around 4:00 PM. She had such a kind and humble spirit. I watched as she interacted with the 2 customers ahead of me. When my turn came, she was very knowledgeable of what I needed and assured me she would have my binding completed in less than one hour. Then Terrance showed up. I recognized his voice and told him my dissertation was waiting for him. He immediately started working on it. Suzy returned to me; she set up the computer so that I could enter my mailing information. In about 15 minutes, I was ready to leave Office Depot. I was pleasantly surprised of the speed in getting all of this done. Also, I am an NCCU Eagle and did not mind seeing that A&T sign on the wall. God has a way that is mighty sweet!

I was there shopping for office chairs and the prices were ridiculous. I made 2 trips in the same day and on the 1st visit no one acknowledged we were there on the 2nd visit we were treated to an incredibly positive interaction with a sales associate who was amazingly helpful and very personable.

Slow, took 20 minutes to ship a Fedex package. 2 cashiers, but only 1 person running the desk providing many services.
