“Whilst on the expressway, we blew a tire and found this place at the end of the ramp. Highly recommend the most awesome customer service. They took our car in right away and we were in and out within a half an hour :-) the price was phenomenal and the people are amazing. Highly recommend. “I wish I could add extra stars for going above and beyond. As a disable veteran who has a difficult time just getting out-they provided exceptional valet service each time my car is serviced. Al, the service manager, Luis, the gentleman who handled my service each time-both responded very quickly to my request. The service was stellar, the works package each time and also a 20k mile checkup. The valets who picked up and delivered my car took great care, extremely courteous and professional. Mr Turner was especially welcoming and professional and took great care driving my car. I cannot say enough good about these folks.”

“Jay is the man! 😄🤘I confess at first I thought he was going to be a bit mean or rude, as I pulled up for service and he curtly told me to go park in a stall. But that all quickly changed as he got me checked in and serviced my car. He explained everything he was doing, gave me options, and even let me come into the shop to look at an issue with my spare tire, and just told me to be cautious if I used my spare as-is. He even wrapped up my visit with a joke that made me laugh! What a guy!
There was another guy there, and I'm sad I didn't catch his name, but he was even more happy and friendly. If you go to this Walmart auto, I hope you get one of these two techs to help you out! 😄🤘”
“Scheduled an appointment through Walmart.com, after placing the order for 4 new tires, called the store to makes sure they have it in stock and they have staff available, went in earlier than appointment time, they checked me in, and it was done in 1.5 hour, seeing bad reviews scared me but the price was too good to not try, only drove 50 miles with the new tires, no issues yet”
