“I went on a Monday morning and they were quite busy. They were honest and let me know that it would be up to an hour and a half wait. I ended up waiting because I really needed an oil change. I appreciated that all 3 bays were in use. The employees were all working and not just messing around on their phones. They were very transparent with their pricing plus their prices were some of the best I have found in the triangle area. Also, as a woman at times I feel like I can be treated differently or taken advantage of in terms of not having a lot of knowledge about things related to cars...all the employees I interacted with were professional and kind. “I always have such a great experience at Take 5 (specifically this location). If I come with my 2-year-old, they always offer juice and fruit snacks. The job is always done quickly and professionally. They walk through everything and answer any questions you may have. One of the managers, Ash, has always been extremely friendly as well as all of the other staff I’ve interacted with. They go above and beyond every time. They absolutely have a customer for life - I highly recommend!”

They’re great at explaining what I need to do and honestly answering any questions I have. They’ve always been able to solve my car issues and are also a great place to go for your annual inspection. On top of that, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to interact with, which I really appreciate when I’m stressed out about my car. Joe and Seth at the front desk are particularly great! “Highly recommend. Found their business on Yelp. I had a VW with what I thought to be a transmission issue and called to get a quote. After speaking with Tim he suggested I bring it in for them to diagnose the issue. They looked at it the next day and sent me a quote. Tim called and we went through it line by line. Turns out it wasn’t the transmission but two cylinders were misfiring. They made the necessary repairs and had my car back within two business days. They answered questions without making me feel I was a bother. Glad I have found a shop who can work on my VW besides the dealer. Awesome group of guys. Thank you Tim and Rich. “I gave 5 stars bc service was quick and easy and they were able to plug rather than replace my tire. However, I was concerned they did not put nearly the recommended amount of air into my tire so my low tire pressure light was still on and it was low enough it triggered the more urgent message to check tire pressure. Was able to pump it up and it’s holding just fine. So, all is well… just expected it to be returned to me with the recommended pressure.”

“C&C is awesome! Fair prices for parts and labor and reliable staff. I really like that they have send a text link with a breakdown with description and pictures of what is wrong with your vehicle, and you can approve or decline the recommended services. You can also pay right through the link and pick up your car when convenient. I have a weird work schedule and they are always willing to accommodate. If you call, they can walk you through what would be the best option for your car. As a woman who isn’t very car savvy, I have never felt inferior or dumb when their staff explains what’s wrong with my vehicle. David, Scott, and the rest of the C&C team are great!”

“Incredible customer service. I have a damaged and hidden headlight socket that makes bulb replacements tricky; I brought them the bulb and they took me aside, out of the long queue, and had it replaced in a couple minutes. The man who helped me kindly made sure I knew my tires were running bald. They only charge ~10 bucks for labor here, very reasonable. I'll be coming back!”
