I called Automan - Perry answered. I'd never met him. He quoted me an honest and fair price, and told me to just get the vehicle to him and he would take care of it.

“I have been taking my cars here for 25+ years - started at the old location. I have been treated well. Prices are fair. Only once have we had a repair that was not satisfactory and they made it right. There was a period where there was a kinda cranky guy working the front desk, but he's gone & the service is back to normal again. I'm one of those guys who knows enough about car repair to be dangerous and they tolerate that, as well :) I now have college-aged boys with old cars and not much money. They have also been treated well by Duraleigh - and specifically Gary. Thanks!”

“I received a quick oil change, like under 10 minutes, which was great. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I felt they overly pushed the $57 cabin air filter. I changed it at the last oil change. They seemed really annoyed that I didn’t do it. Instead, I went out front and shook all the leaves and dirt out myself lol. They looked at me like I was crazy. 🤪 😆🤷♀. I think they’re a little overpriced as well, but for fast and friendly service, it used to be worth it. After I paid, the guy walked back into the shop. No goodbye, thank you, anything. No one told me when my car was ready up front. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and now I will be looking elsewhere because of the unfriendly and rude service.”
“I brought my F-150 here after purchasing it to have a complete inspection done and make sure everything was in good shape. They went through the truck, changed all the fluids, and installed a completely new front brake system.
Everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming. What I really appreciate is that they do honest, quality work.
And to everyone complaining about the prices: there are several employees working here, and anyone who runs their own business knows what it costs to employ good people and operate a shop like this. Quality work has its price, and when it comes to the safety and reliability of my vehicle, it’s absolutely worth it to me.
