In the past few years this location has declined in the quality of inventory and definitely customer service. Nevertheless, I still stop in from time to time. On my last visit I requested to speak to the manager to ask a question. She treated me as if I were her child and she was angry with me. I greeted her with a hello when she walked up and received a very stern "Yes!" I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I asked how she was, but the response was the same. I wanted to tell her how rude and even confrontational she came across, but decided not to - in order to avoid a verbal altercation. It helps me better understand why some of the employees don't speak or seem irritated when asked a question. Leadership starts at the top! Hopefully that will change here.

This store needs to be next to a shop-a-holics anonymous or something. This is such a great store with so much variety and at awesome prices. Love this location. Always find something great. The staff is very nice, but seem short staffed and a bit overworked.

They still have the bathrooms locked. My child had to go to the bathroom and I had to leave my all my stuff to go next door since the lines were long to wait. Won't go back. Keep your bathrooms.
