I spoke with an agent named Jermaine on the phone to rent a unit today. He was polite, precise and professional. And he was very clear in explaining the contract and lease. Stopped by to get some pricing on storage units, and to ask some questions, as this is my 1st time using storage. I didn't really know what to expect. Seth was very patient with me, and answered what seemed like my million questions. I feel much more comfortable now when I will need storage in a couple months, when we make the move from Florida. the office and units are clean and the setup process was very easy. Kenya was very knowledgeable and patient as I changed my mind on the size of unit I wanted.

Great storage place and the only uhaul store in Knightdale. The local call center was a nice added touch. Jordan helped me reserve a large drive up unit over the phone. Seth was very knowledgeable and professional when I arrived at the location. Thank you both

I’ve paid on time every month to this facility, unfortunately I got scammed and had to cancel the card I had associated with this account. In the process of waiting on a new card I was charged a late fee in addition to a $75 “auction preparation” fee. I paid my balance due and they removed their lock they placed on my unit. Once I opened my unit to retrieve over $3,500 worth of belongings it all had mold and water damage on everything. Once I went to management about it the only thing I could do was file a claim and was refused a refund.

The service that was provided to me was awesome. I truly appreciate the clear communication of the staff there. I was given first class treatment from Kenya. I would Iike to recommend her 5 star or more rating. She did a wonderful job.

Kenya was the best and knowledgeable person that I have dealt with in a long time. Smiled and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She needs a raise or at least a bonus.

Went to pick up a vehicle for Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville.... Got there to s locked gate with no code. They knew we were coming..... No body answered the phone.... Luckily a storage customer wanted in to the area and opened the gate may still be sitting there waiting lol
