“Always friendly and efficient at this UPS store. I recently stopped by really needing a document notarized. It’s Christmas shopping time and I expected it was not going to happen because of the season. However I thought I would wait in line to see. When I got to the front of the line I was greeted by I believe the owner, Steve. I stated my need and he said “just can’t because it’s busy. He looked around and saw there was a brief lull in the flow of busy shoppers and said ok let’s do it.He gathered all the needed documentation, reviewed my documents, gathered the required number of witnesses and made it happen. Props for the detailed review of everything legally required and got me squared away with smooth efficiency.Steve even thought to ask if I needed copies, which I did but had not thought about that.Off to surgery with my AD in hand!Thank you Steve for taking that precious time to help me out.I always use this store for shipping. It’s so convenient to other shops too.Highly recommend using all of the services available here.”

“To Whom It May Concern: My experience I had today at the Staples on Wake Forest Road was positive. But it didn't start that way. Let me explain. I walked into the store with my pal Kyle and yea. I had my "big cup" of lemonade with me. No lid. Big whoop. We are harmlessly walking through the aisles and all of a sudden a white male, 26 years old, 153 pounds, starts walking towards me, with what I thought was the obvious intention to take away my big cup. As he approached me down aisle 7, I implemented evasive maneuvers out the back side of the aisle, only to find that another male employee (white, age 24.5, 162 pounds, 36in wing span) was approaching me from my left. Now a victim of an L shaped ambush, canalized into the narrow area between aisles 6 and 7, I had no choice but to stand my ground against the approaching staff. Turns out - they had just been trying to catch up with us to see if we found everything we were looking for, and actually, we did. Kyle came there for some rolls of tape and he found them. Scotch. They're nice. We made our way to the front of the store and I was able to hang on to my big cup and tested out some of the mechanical keyboards and gaming chairs on the way too, all without spilling a single drop of my lemonade. All in all a nice trip and I will be back should Kyle need tape again and I happen to be tagging along.”

“Great location, owners and staff. I have a small business and switched to this location in November. Very convenient and they sell all the supplies you need (boxes, bubble wrap, etc). They offer print services and mailbox rental (which we use through iPostal for the business) and much more! They also take my other packages like Amazon return (you must have a label or they print for you for a small fee), FedEx packages and UPS. They’re open on Saturdays too!”
