Faith is amazing - she really listens to what her clients want/need and takes the time to get to know them and their routine. She gives wonderful recommendations and has a ton of knowledge about different products...she can even talk to you about how nutrition can affect your hair! Faith is so friendly and engaging and always has the cutest decorations in her shop. plus, her little dog, Marley, is always there and he's such a sweetie!

Moved to the Raleigh area in 2020 during the Covid lockdown. Once the hair cutting salons opened back up it took me months and a number of shops/salons/stylists to find one as good as my former stylists back in D.C. I found one in Faith Deskins. She is a real pro, she's knowledgeable and highly skilled. She has a welcoming disposition and her salon has an inviting atmosphere. If you're a picky as I am when it comes to having your hair cut properly then go to Spellbound, you won't be disappointed.

I made an appointment with Faith based on positive reviews. If you have textured hair, then you know how difficult it is to find the right stylist. Faith has her own salon which is private in a mostly medical building. She took me right on time and we discussed what I wanted with my hair. Faith is very friendly and chatty. She did a great job cutting my hair. I appreciate that she doesn't take phone calls or text during the appointment. I would definitely go back!
