My husband placed an order for me online, it was just a Matcha to go. The place was empty and they didn't have people for the drive thru. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, a young man told me that they didn't have any. Why do they sell online if they don't have them?

One of the slowest service I’ve ever gotten. It took almost 27 mins to receive my order while customers before and after me received their items promptly. Every 5 mins I’m told my order is coming soon, yet customers after me who order more items received them before me.

I went inside today & order 2 Frappuccino’s & lady came from outside with her bulldog. He jumped on the counter with his paws & tongue hanging out with customers food on the counter. I asked for the manager & told her what I observed & stated that the counter needs to be cleaned off. She told me she understands & went to work drive thru. People need to understand that germs are real & some people are not lovers of dogs & show respect of others! It’s enough COVID came on the scene & now we have to deal with pets on the counters in a food environment. That’s not my cup of tea….sorry!

I usually go to this store since it’s the closest one to me however the wait times are always long which I’m not a huge fan of. Also I’ve called this location 6+ times in the last 2 weeks just trying to figure out if they use seal stickers for those who order through Uber eats but no one ever answers the phone which is absolutely ridiculous
