I take my Poodle Bishon for grooming and they do a great job. Their pricing is in line with most groomers and they have flexible scheduling with Saturday hours. Very friendly and good reminders, that really helps me with a busy schedule.

We just started taking our pup to The Soapy Dog a few months ago! They are the sweetest people and take excellent care of our Golden Retreiver! ? Silvie is the best!! Highly recommend, and book fast, they are very popular! ?

My girls weren't always the greatest at getting groomed. But the staff is always very pleasant, and it truly shows how well they are at taking care of your pets. It is a great place to take your furry friends. :)

I love The Soapy Dog! They are so good to my pups, especially my little Chiweenie, who is not a fan of loud noises (she hates the dryer). A local treasure!

Love The Soapy Dog but unfortunately, they are way too expensive now. A standard cut and nail trim for a 29-pound medium sized dog is $120 with tip. I wish I could go back but it's just hard to justify given the cost and drive from Raleigh.

I think they do a beautiful job but are too expensive for my taste. It seems like they increase their prices every six months. A lot of my family still uses their services but everyone is different. You want be disappointed with the services just the bill.??♀️

If you want a simple shampoo and rinse, this may work for you. If you require "Grooming" for your dog, DO Not bother! I used to take my dogs here, but only one person could groom the dogs and it became a schedule hurdle so i decided to go elsewhere. Then, my groomer retired and i decided to try my luck here. I scheduled the appointment 3 months in advance because only 1 groomer knows how to work woth double coated dogs. The receptionist confirmed this, again. On the day of the appointment, i was so excited to finally have my 2 Poms groomed! When i was checking in, the receptionist kept walking to the back and seemed uncomfortable. She then apologized and let me know that the groomer didn't know I was coming and left for the day. I was 15 minutes early, I confirmed my appointment the day before, and it was before 12 PM. I asked if I could reschedule and she informed me that the groomer asked to CALL ME. She never called me.

My dogs always look great after being groomed. I took one star off because of extremely long wait times for appointments.

Every place I called was booked for almost a week and I had a puppy dog up for adoption so they fit me in. They were so understanding and wonderful!

We have a miniature schnauzer who thinks he's the biggest and baddest pup of them all. Once a week he goes on a field day with a bunch of other dogs, they go swimming in the lake dig in the mud and every other dog thing you can think of that makes hair care a pain. We bring him here and they get him all trimmed and in proper condition again.

I usually bring my dogs to Petco but since the one near me closed we ended up finding this place and I wish I started using them sooner. The staff here is really nice and truly show that they care for your pets. The groomers did an amazing job and I can honestly say it was a better groom than we are used to. I highly recommend this place if your in the area or if your willing to make a drive.

When I called to make an appointment I was told that there was no availability for about a month. I scheduled an appointment and was told to bring proof of rabies vaccination with me when I came. About a week prior to my appointment an employee called and said they had a cancellation so I was able to get my dog's haircut sooner.A day or two before my originally scheduled appointment I received a text notification reminder in reference to my initial appointment. I left a message stating I had already came and did not get anymore notifications about that appointment. The business is small and located downtown Knightdale. There is street parking in front of the business. Two chairs were located near the front counter and front door to sit and do paperwork. There are several pictures of dogs on the wall and there is a room located behind the front counter where the animals are groomed. When I arrived I checked in and had to fill out paperwork for my dog. I was also asked if it was ok to give my dog a treat. I was advised that for the appointment it would take 4 hours. When I dropped my dog off Johnell advised me that it would be longer. I was called approximately 4.5 hours after I dropped my dog off. Johnell asked me what type of cut I wanted and did a good job grooming my dog. When I went to pay I was charged extra because I was told that my dog moved a lot during the appointment.
