Pretentious, self-serving, and lack of good quality customer service is what I have had to deal with going to Walmart pharmacy in Knightdale. A young man with curly brown hair had a horrible attitude towards customers and did not acknowledge some. He rolled his eyes at one of his co-workers because she decided to assist her customers. Changed to CVS pharmacy and am thankful I will never step back into another Walmart again.

Prescription was not filled when I came. They got it ready for Pharmacist approval and the Pharmacist proceeded to just talk to a patient for over 5 minutes about nothing medical related. Then JAMEE the joke of a Pharmacy tech decided it was inconvenient to be pleasant. I’m all about representation and JAMEE (with boss approval) was wearing a crop top and jeans. How inappropriate Walmart.

Alot of confusion and lack of training and thats bad when you are dealing with peoples medication. We have had more then we can count I'll say confusion from employees and had we not been alert it could have been bad ! There might be two employees that have good service for customers. We pulled up at curbside to wait on medication for my elderly parents and I ask the employee when you call and let them know you have arrived to also bring us out a thermometer . The employee came to the truck and said I found you one for less then two dollars and I thought that was really low for that so upon arriving back at home with my elderly parents one of who had shingles and we open the prescription bag and it was thermometer covers. They can never communicate with the doctors and commicate that back to you. I know that it is busy I get it but this is not a place for error and lack of knowledge. They need to train these pharmacy way better then what I have experienced ?

I'm always pleased with my Knightdale Walmart Pharmacy. When asked how long will it take to fill my order? I was told 20 minutes. But, by the time I walked around the store, I receved a text within 10 mins that my order was ready for pick up. Love my local Walmart Pharmacy

Prescriptions never ready when the app says, nor when you call and an employee IN THE PHARMACY says it’s ready. Pharmacy employees rude, and present themselves as uncaring, they’re just there for the money, not to help people receive their medications properly and timely. No communication between employees, I’ve had a prescription cancelled because they didn’t order what I needed due to me “not calling back to confirm it”, when I actually did call back the next day and spoke with a lady. So not only was me taking my prescription prolonged a whole week, but I had to call and reorder something that they don’t even have on hand (adding another day to wait). There’s an issue every time I go. Better off going to Walgreens or CVS. And I will be transferring.

I go here several times a week. They have always been courteous and helpful. Waits in line are short, and they fill prescriptions quickly, They are all professional and they are all helpful. This is one place where any courtesy you show will be reflected right back at you. This is a great crew.

Dr. called in Rx. I arrived 30 min. later and was told "It will be 30 minutes." Did my shopping. Went back to the pharmacy 30 minutes later. Was told I had to go to the drop-off desk. When I asked why, I was told to ask the drop-off. Drop-off desk says "the cost is $20 and change, and that some people don't want to pay that much." Seriously?? And then I'm told if I want it, it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready Told them to forget it and I went to another drug store and paid 50¢ more with no waiting. I hate that this is my "preferred pharmacy" under my Part D plan. That's one of the big reasons I'm cancelling my current Part D coverage and going with another plan where Walmart isn't the preferred pharmacy.
