Understand staffed and poorly managed. They know that Saturday is their busiest day because people are off and yet they have only 2 bankers working. Which resulted in us waiting for almost 2 hours before we saw the banker. In the meantime 12 o’clock came and they locked us in and they don’t even have a restroom. What kind of a bank is that. Please take your money elsewhere. I know that’s my plan.

Johana Gonzalez and Abdias Carmona went out of there way to help my wife and I complete 2 less than simple transactions very quickly and thoroughly (mortgage interest statement from 2019 and an out of state notary request).They worked together on the mortgage request and called appropriate staff at corporate to provide the needed information.We have our mortgage with Wells Fargo and because of bankers like these 2 professionals we will look to expand our relationship with this Bank!Brent Russ

Love our Knightdale Branch. Tellers ho out of their way to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If you need to speak to a banker their customer service is Excelkent. They work as a great team to make sure all your banking needs are covered, all while being friendly,smiling and genuinely concerned for their customers.

Abdias greeted me when I first walked through the door. He was able to get my questions and account situated in about 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and one of the reasons my wife and I choose to utilize this specific branch. ???? Wells Knightdale!

This location is filled with friendly people in the front, however the tellers are not on the same page or even in the same training book. Tellers spend most of their time looking down, waiting for some of else to call the next waiting account holder. This is something that should never be acceptable even at McDonald's. 4 stars only because the office staff are extremely helpful

Deborah Irgens is one of the most professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient bankers I've ever dealt with. I'm currently working though a probate process for the first time and her exceptional help has been greatly appreciated. Thank you Debbie!

Shame on this place. Someone showed up to this branch pretending to be me - deposited fake/fraudulent checks and took the cash against those checks ($4,430 in deposits made and $3,730 in cash taken against those checks) - didn't even raise a red flag with the teller? HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? This person didn't have my ATM/debit card or my checkbook. I assume they used my license (which was stolen along with my wallet a month ago) - is anyone paying any attention here. I call, and the branch manager is basically useless and unapologetic - Indicated they don't even have cameras outside. How do you not have cameras in an era where nearly all banking is now done via drive up teller? And also indicated "this is happening all the time" due to COVID. Why would I feel secure continuing to bank here? I've been on the phone for hours with zero resolution whatsoever.
