The staff at this store is the most rude and incompetent group of people I have ever meet. I have had multiple instances at this store over the past few years, but always just overlooked it. Today some say was the straw that broke the camels back. I was at the window to get 5 prescription called in by 2 different doctors. I was told that three of them had to be filled 4 days later so I understand that this is the insurance, but I have been out of one of those prescription for more than 2 weeks. So someone is in the wrong there but that's doesn't matter to me I'll do without because not essential, so not a problem but the other two I really need. I was at the window at 4:30 and was told the two I could pickup was out of stock by a new guy I had never seen before. He looked lost finally another employee came to assist him but still told it was out of stock. I drove home 30 minute trip to find our that they texted my wife that at 4:25 that one of prescriptions was ready for pickup. So I went back to pick it up and bring to there attention what happen. When I asked to Speak to a manager she smiled and said that the manager wasn't there. So I told her the situation, her excuse was he was new. I said ok but not an excuse because he was assist by a long time employee. I suggested that maybe he needs more training or to be monitored. So I asked her could that 1 prescription could be forwarded to another store while she was looking for the one that they had. She turns around and tells me that I can figure out who has it on my own and tells me if I keep talking she wasn't going to give me the prescription that she had in her hand like she was God. This is not the first time we've had problems over the past years, but it will be the last as I will never return. I look forward to sharing my story with everyone I know and anyone else who will listen. Would be negative 5 star if possible

I had to give them one star to post but the pharmacy is trash and really don't deserve any. My wife had dental surgery and took a prescription to this location for pain meds. Instead of telling her they were out of a specific drug and letting her go elsewhere to have it filled, they held her script and told her the order would be filled the next day. Never met anyone who has had dental surgery and would wait a full 24 hours to receive their pain meds - but I guess they think that's ok. If you're in the area, I would recommend Walmart or CVS - stay far away from this place.

Absolutely dismal service. Was informed that prescriptions would be filled by a certain time. Gave them an extra couple of hours and said prescriptions still weren't ready. Recommend not using this particular Walgreens.

I like Walgreens but I hate the pharmacy. I was literally on hold for 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. Definitely won't be coming here for my medicine.

Came in the other night and the crew leader-shift leader Jaenean was rude and nasty. The young lady who was ringing us out was so nice and kept apologizing for her shift leader. When ever you are talking to any customer, remind yourself that they are not your children. So I had to remind her how she needed to talk to adults. All of this came about when she was opening another register. It was only 3 people in the store that night. She walks out started pointing and being rude. Her attitude was uncalled for. If you don't want to work with people get another job.

The pharmacy needs help! Very understaffed and not helpful. The drive thru lane can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or two to get a prescription. Hire more staff to assist the pharmacy techs.

Horrible pharmacy. Staff has no idea what they're doing. Three times we got notified on the app to find out our scripts were either not there or the wrong thing was ordered. Went to CVS!!!

If I could rate this zero, I would. I called this morning at 9 am and was put on hold immediately told "there are more than 3 callers ahead of you...then there were 2....still on hold and still waiting. It's now been ~1 hour and just got a message that the pharmacy is closed for a meal break for 30 minutes. It's 10 am. This is insane!Everytime I go there is an issue. Most times, they don't run the rxx price correctly and I have to have them look up what I was charged the last time I got a refill. The drive thru is ridiculously slow. They have rxx drop off and rxx pick up going on at the same time they are doing COVID testing. This is the most unprofessional and mismanaged pharmacy I've ever experienced. Here's an idea....why not open the other lane for COVID testing only?

This being the closest Walgreens to me, I have continued to deal with slow, unprofessional service. Those who work in the pharmacy are rude and uneducated to how insurance works. Every time I go there I have an issue with meds not being filled due to insurance approval or meds not available. Then I have to call my insurance and in turn they have to call the pharmacy to tell them how to process the claim. I've been using Walgreens for years. But recently switched to another pharmacy due to the service received at this location.
