“Excellent service at Waynesville office. Inadvertently put in outside mailbox 3 bills my husband forgot to put stamps on. He realized, I went back to PO, explained my issue. Riley, said no prob. Went out and got box, went thru it, got bills. Bought three stamps and mailed. Great job Riley! And kudos to the lady working next to you for working a bit short handed while Riley helped me.”
“I have lived in a few places. This is hands down the best USPS I’ve ever had to work with. They are very patient whenever I have a question about picking the right size packages or type of service. I also ship a lot of packages for online business. A huge reason why I choose to remain living in this area. They always provide a receipt and update package status. Much faster and more professional than any place I’ve ever been to. Also great place to pick up collection stamps!”
“I wish you could review the mail carrier and the actual post office separately. If the lady at the post office were in charge of making sure everyone got their mail and packages, we would be in AMAZING shape. But this “attempted to deliver” when I’ve been sitting at my house watching my ring camera all day is getting insane. However, if you go to the post office and speak to her about your issue, it’s in your mailbox within hours. She is amazing! ??”
