Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub was awesome, and the sinks and counter tops are spacious and perfect. The better would be to install new carpeting throughout. Two thumbs up!

Love the location. The townhouse are really spacious and beds comfy, but could certainly use updating. That wouldn’t stop us from going though. Beautiful views from our unit and Lake Lure area is charming and close to many other great towns to check out.

We stayed here for our four day vacation, the room was great. The location is good except we were at the very top, so it was a bit of a drive to get to the amenities. My only complaint is we were out of power for over 24 hours during our stay. I know no one controls the weather, so that’s not to be held against them. Otherwise everything was great.

I love the old rustic feel in a secluded location. It's not for everyone reading some other reviews lol i dont even know how some didnt enjoy it. We loved our townhouse! It beats a hotel room ANYDAY! It comes with everything you need including washer/dryer. Detergent/ dishwasher/ soaps/ pot and pans/ silverwear/plates / cups.... (I MEAN EVERYTHING TO COOK THERE...you just bring the food)It's clean and inviting.I love how it's on a golf course and in a gated part. Makes it feel safe. The amenities that come with it are really nice too!Check in is like a couple miles away from location but they are inviting and so nice as well. They give you everything you need.We seen 3 beautiful black bears, 2 being baby cubs walking right by our townhouse. It's so amazing to see them!!! My kids got a kick out of it. We even had a little lizard friend sneak in he decided he liked the couch lol we put him back outside but if people really complain about bugs on this review....you are in the woods lol So if you're into wild life...it's perfect. If you're not...then maybe go stay in the city.We will ABSOLUTELY be back. You can't beat the price, nice people and the views.

Romantic and family friendly all at the same time. The condos are fully equipped for a great vacation. We will definitely be back.Nearby activities: The amenities that come with this condo are amazing.Food & drinks: The food at the Garden restaurant was well worth it. Affordable and good.

Would stay again, rooms were big and nice and had all the amenities you would need for your stay.Nearby activities: You will have to drive down the mountain for groceries. Had things on the resort but there were fees for some activities such as miniature golf.

There is good and there is also bad.Good: almost in the middle of nowhere so if you want to stay away from people this is a good place. In the vicinity you have golfing. The resort includes an area with indoor pool, outdoor pools, gym, basketball court, and mini golf. You can take some nice pictures and see wildlife.Bad: checking is about 3 miles away from the property, when we first went to go to the pool they told us our passes were not valid so we had to drive 3 miles back to get new passes, minigolf is not included in your stay and it's $7 per person, gym, basketball courts and pool are included. The closest supermarket ingles is 4 miles away but since you are up on the mountains it's almost 30 minutes drive. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ELECTRIC CAR AS THERE ARE NO CHARGERS NEARBY. The city charge is usually broken and gives you only 18 miles per hour with a 2 hour limit.

A very nice set up although some things need updated. As a timeshare, the maintenance fees increase significantly every year which make me want to unload it.

went for a week from Christmas to new year's. very quiet, veiw of mountains and a nice lake.there is an ingles grocery close and a few restaurants. not to far to bigger town with anything you want.rooms a little dated ,but not bad.and a little beach and boat docks for warmer weather.

My only drawback was it's SO FAR from everything. Even a trip to the grocery took over an hour round trip. But the amenities on-site, even for winter, were amazing. I'll certainly recommend to my BlueGreen owner friends.

AC out on arrival, temporarily fixed only to go out again 3 days later at night. Maintenance called and insinuated that we had done something to break it because we “waited until it was night” to call. Extremely rude and obviously just annoyed that they had to do their job, as if we were at fault for the inconvenience of a broken AC. The maintenance guy that came out the first night told us they have had repeated issues with this unit and yet it was not fixed.Check in staff rude and unprofessional. Sliding glass door broken and didn’t lock; front desk suggested it didn’t need to be fixed because “it’s pretty high up.” There is no one to complain to here that cares one bit about customer issues and staff know it and behave accordingly. Stay elsewhere.

I had a great stay. My experience was very good and did not align with some of the negative reviews I have seen. Everything was clean when we arrived. There is good appliances and we were provided with dish soap and laundry detergent. We did see one roach when we first showed up, but never saw any again. We didn’t see any bears, but it may not have been the season for them. The resort does a great job of giving you information at check in about the bears and how to avoid them and deal with them safely. I would say they could update the wall paper and carpet, but everything else was nice and up to date. There was a smart TV and cable. I was very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom gets cold at night, but there is a wall mounted space heater, so that should not be a problem. We were also provided with extra blankets and sheets. I do not recommend the restaurant at the club house though. Just go check out the local restaurants around Lake Lure.
