Couch broke after 2 months. Angel sent someone out but said it isn't under warranty. This took a month just to get a call back. You could see the manufacturer defect in the wood. This was 2 months income. Beyond disappointing

At times this location is 5 stars. At times it is a 3 star or below. Store is nice customer service is not as good. Especially if you get something not furniture related from the website. They will give you the run around quickly even down to not answering the phone when they see you are calling to check on a order. By the way the store will claim to call you back an doesn't an when you call them they have caller ID an will walk away when they see its you an not answer the phone. Iv sat in the parking lot calling to check an personally watch them do this myself. When they aren't getting commission you don't get any customer service from them. Just ridiculous. Thank God for yelp an google review for giving the public a place to go an let the truth be known an give the public a outlet to let the truth out about how certain businesses treat there customers.

Female manager boasted of the insurance policy because of the alleged pet damage clause; went on and on about it, so we bought the insurance. Then they wouldn’t cover our pet damage and ghosted us. Complete B.S.UPDATE: After Badcock reached out to me (see below), their version of seeing "what options are available for [me]" was to tell me I should have read the fine print (but you're not actually handed any insurance coverage fine print at the store) and they "apologize for the inconvenience" and they'll continue to emphasize proper training for their employees. Thus, we remain SCAMMED BY EMPLOYEE at Laurinburg store, which became non-communicative with us when we tried to resolve it. In my original review I forgot to mention that the first time the couch was delivered, it had torn leather showing on the side. Got it replaced, but the real issue was the fake pet damage insurance we were sold by the employee (whose employee number I have) and she told an anecdote about how her own pet damage was covered, like her dog chewed up something or something like that. Today (years later) I'm told it only covered pet stains. (I don't need pet stain coverage on a leather living room set.)

Awesome experience , greeted when we walked in by Graig Moss . He asked if we needed help , told him we were just looking ,he answered all our questions . He got us a price total and we ended buying more than we were looking for . Hard to beat friendly people . We appreciate how we were treated . This day and time you don’t see this everywhere . While shopping unknowingly we lost an item in there , two days later we thought It may be there and it was, they had put it up for safe keeping thinking someone would come back for it … Honesty also is hard to find these days —- So thanks Badcock

Called and spoke with an associate named summer while I was looking at the website. She proceeded to talk with her employees complaining about customers calling while I was still in the phone. Summer must not know how to mute the phone. Very unprofessional.

I was told in store and over the phone multiple times that my hardware for my chairs was ordered. Six months later, they don’t have the right address on file, they don’t have an order, and now claim that my protection claim must be put in. None of which was communicated the three other times that I inquired about the hardware. The poor communication and the lack to make it right is a guarantee of avoiding this store.

I ordered sofas and they are about two and a half months old and they have not arrived yet!! And every time I call them to ask about my order and when they will deliver it home they promise me from day to day and from week to week, what is this!!!
