“I opened up a new account here recently and had never banked at Wells Fargo previously. Service was prompt, polite and friendly on my first visit and every visit so far thereafter.
I had my youngest son with me the first day, but typically I visit the bank solo after work.
Every time I go I’m greeted with a “Hey, Mr. Collins!”, also they never fail to ask about the little guy and my family. All while taking care of my banking needs in a prompt manner.
