The service is extremely slow here. The corporation is consistently adding new policies to take your money. I'm done with them.

I have a car loan thru BB&T (now Truist) and have so much trouble with their mobile app.If my due date falls on a weekend or holiday it already tacks on the next month's payment. Since they have turned to Truist it's impossible to get through. Thinking of refinancing with someone else just to get away from them!

I've tried multiple times giving this bank a chance before writing a bad review. They gossip about customers in front of other customers. There's no type of music playing so you can hear everything. Very very snappy and dry. They don't great you when you walk in. I've seen several people walk out because of the attitudes. It's terrible!!!! Do better people. My personal bank is with State Employees here in town. They're totally the opposite of this. I wish they could open business accounts. I would never come back here again.

Trying to buy a bank check and the teller needed to contact someone to get an approval, after about 20 minutes waiting, then she said that she couldn't get the approval person. She asked me to come back the next day. Hopefully I can get the bank check tomorrow morning...I give 1 star because it happened to me couple times already and I couldn't let it goes this time so I have to review it.

If you're looking to be welcomed with open arms and treated to warm and friendly customer service, go elsewhere. The Main Street branch of BB&T actually went out of its way to humiliate me because of a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. I moved to Laurinburg a month ago, and was lured into BB&T by a flyer that promised $200 to patrons who routed direct deposits to the institution. My wife and I entered the bank and hovered near the offices where documents to open new accounts are generally prepared in private. Imagine my shock when a teller some 30 feet away shouted across the bank, "You can't come in here without a mask." Not one to share my medical conditions with the general public, who, at the time, were turned to gawk at the pariah, I simply said, "I can't wear a mask". The rude teller returned with, "You'll have to go through the drive-through." When I pointed out that you cannot open a new account at the drive-through, she shouted, "You can do that online." I know the Americans With Disabilities Act seems to be under suspension during the so-called Covid-19 outbreak, but genuine compassion and true professionalism do not ever take a break. Enforce your rules if you must, but practice a little discretion in the process. All I can say is that their loss is Wells Fargo's gain. They could offer me a million bucks, and I would still never darken their door again.

I have been a customer for more than 20 years.Now... I will find a different bank.Laurinburg customer service is terrible.I ride a harley... they told me the drive through is for cars only. and refused service... Meanwhile the lobby is closed because of virus fears.I am done with them.A local bank has No value if you cannot deposit a check there.

I recommend to avoid this branch at all cost! Waste of space in Scotland County.

Been a customer for 10 years. But the lack of customer service and the attitudes of the incompetent tellers has driven me away at this Laurinburg branch. I have no idea why you closed down the other branch that had GREAT customer service tellers. I went out of my way to use that branch or drove to Rockingham because of these disrespectful bank employees that have numerous complaints and are still working. Your losing the customers that have been here 10+ years because of this. I am not the only one. Why do you think they have 2 ATMs. Customers would rather deal with a robot than your bank tellers.
