My reservation was made about 6 weeks ago and confirmed Friday. I’m still waiting at the shop and no one is answering at the branch in Laurinburg. I now have to figure out how to get to the branch to figure out what is going on

Rental Car Guy was VERY HELPFUL and very professional. He got us in & out in no time at all. He called early to confirm the reservation, and we got lost. He waited a few minutes longer foe us to get there before going on lunch, so we wouldn't have to wait an hour for him to come back to lunch. Love this location & highly recommend them....

Short guy with beard at the front desk was extremely short and rude. If you hate your job so much you should quit costumer service. Will make the extra drive to southern pines where the employees are helpful and friendly.

Very nice, clean car. Love unlimited mileage. Customer service is pretty good. Don't like the hidden fees they use to squeeze more money out of you, or how they quote a lower price then spring a $300 dep on you at pick up.

Go to pick up rental at 1:15 & sign in window says closed until 2:15 "helping other customers" & a number to call which put me through being on hold then hung up on multiple times then on hold for 30 minutes trying to reach a person at number provided then finally get an answer & was told the employee closes for an hour or so to go to lunch. Wish they had told me that when I called to confirm I was heading to pick up car within the hour.

This was my 1st time renting a vehicle, my only issue was with the gas. Gas needle was right at the 1/4 mark. I went straight to the store to put gas in it, $20. Before returning, i put another $15, which put the amount right back to where it was according to the gas needle when i received it. I was then told the car had 1/2 tank when i got it and needed to be back at an 1/2 tank upon returning the vehicle. I was given the option of to go put gas in it or be charged an extra $10. I tried to tell him the car didnt have that much in it but he just kept looking at the summary and asking what i wanted to do, so i just paid and left. After leaving I read the summary it said 1/2 full, when it was clearly at a 1/4 when i received it. IF YOU EVER RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION, PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE AND VERIFY THE AMOUNT OF GAS YOU ARE RECEIVING!

Trae has helped me immensely! There was some entitled woman talking about she was 'offended' trying to get in my vehicle and he made sure to deescalate the situation before I cussed her Smokey and the Bandit sounding, 30 or more Golden Corral biscuit eating, I-Need-To-Exercise-But-Muh-Soap-Oprahs-Are-On self out!

I just saw the tiktok by employee Trey Knotts and I wouldnt waste my time or money with a company who allows employees to accuse customers of inappropriate behavior with no proof and let them choose not to give an elderly woman who is without transportation the rental that she reserved. If a customer accuses him of whatever, do you just take their word for it? If not, Id be a little smarter because who you choose to represent your company is important and what he did was really bad. Im embarrassed for yall.
