Quality Inn Laurinburg offers recently remodeled and very clean rooms with modern amenities such as a coffee maker, iron, desk, fridge, microwave, and a large bathroom with two shower heads. Guests generally find the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, with some noting new furniture and good overall cleanliness. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, with one staff member providing excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel provides a fair price for the quality of stay. However, there are some issues reported. The cleaning staff sometimes needs better quality control, as floors have been found unclean, with socks turning black after walking on them. One guest reported discovering a bed bug, along with burn marks and blood stains on sheets, and mentioned noise outside early in the morning. WiFi connectivity is unreliable, and some guests experienced poor cleanliness, such as unclean floors and sheets with burn marks. A guest also found a lost gold chain and offered to return it, reflecting a caring attitude. Overall, the hotel is praised for its remodeled rooms, friendly staff, and good value, despite some cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
Rooms definitely need updated. We have been staying here for several years and can see the decline in the appearance and breakfast choices. Money needs to be put in to Quality Inn so that things are up-to-date in the rooms. It is easy access from the interstate, while traveling to South Carolina.

The floor was filthy!! There was a used qtip behind the trash can, which tells me housekeeping didnt sweep well. Took a damp napkin and wiped the floor, the napkin was black! Beds were also poorly made and unkept. The housekeepers are NOT doing a good job at all.
