Even though, I can never get anyone on the phone or leave a message due to the full voice-mail, thus team always goes above and beyond to ensure we get what we came for, they always have a pleasant countenance. Store2922 You guys are the best!!!

Walked in a lil stressed this morning and walked out feeling 10Xs better. I was assisted by West and it was his energy that put me in better spirits. The way he greeted me and the other customers was amazing ! He multitasked between each customer so that we wouldn’t have to wait and he was by himself that was awesome! His tone brightened the room! It’s very rare that you run into great customer service like that and I was very thankful for that !

On more than one occasion have they not been open on time. Waiting more than 15 mins for no one to show up is ridiculous especially on a Saturday when you're only open for 3 hours apparently. Make a drop box or something outside so people who need to drop off a package can if you're not going to be open at posted times. Other than the time issues, their customer service is outstanding. Now I have to wait until Monday to deliver a time sensitive package. ?

The guys in here are always very professional and helpful. My wife “Nickole” is from Atlanta and she calls them the 3 Amigos! They did our wedding invitations and have assisted us with all our shipping needs. It is always a pleasure to walk in the store and be greeted and treated with respect! Keep up the 5 star service!

After discovering that they permanently closed the main UPS location that I wanted to use, I went to this UPS Location in Laurinburg @ 1680 S. Main Street. As soon as I entered the location on 6-29-2023, I was greeted by the guy near the rear of the store. As I approached the counter, another guy seemed to materialize out of nowhere & asked could he help me. I told him I was doing an Amazon return & pulled up the QR code, which he scanned & asked if I needed help with anything else. Which I did not, but kinda wish I did because the atmosphere was nice, I was helped immediately & quickly and I left hearing, thank you and have a good day. I would recommend this location to everyone as they are pleasant, quick, attentive and the store was clean, organized & well stocked.

I really love doing business with this financial establishment. The young men who work there are very professional and courteous which is something you don’t see everywhere. I wish them all the success as they strive to please their customers and keep this UPS store up and running!!!!?

Wes, Matt, and Xavier have all helped me and my husband tremendously.!Especially, Mr. Xavier...he is hands down one of the best ..he is always so courteous and professional. My husband always wants to know if he is working because he does such an excellent job. But the whole crew is truly remarkable. !

Small town country southern charm at a big shipping company. Not something you would expect, but it is here! My most favorite store to visit in Laurinburg.(I love genuine kindness, they care!) Every time I come to visit, they're always friendly and efficient! They go above and beyond to help you with your needs!They're not just a shipping shop. This little store provides printing, copying and a multitude of other services, just ask! They may be able to help!When you leave, they thank you with southern charm you can only find in the south and they provide THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DEFINITELY MY GO TO SHOP! Will it be yours?
