There was a slight mixup with the insurance on 1 of my phones. My rep, LaTanya, called and handled everything very professionally. Even with the long waiting times, she never lost her patience or her smile.

The representative was less than helpful. I wish I could remember his name. We ended up leaving the store and filing an insurance claim online. Don't bother going into the store.

The young lady in Laurinburg, Nc store this Sunday working alone was by far one of the best experiences that I ever had working alone with several other customers in the store. She was able to greet every customer. She helped everyone. She even ran out of the store to catch a customers that peaked his head in the door, I guessed he figured he’ll just come back because she was working alone and she was already working with several other customers. What ever she said to him, he returned. She was so pleasant and professional. She gets 100 stars from me. James McRae good Job hiring her!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by whom I think was a store manager. The person got and Idea what my visit was for then put me with a nice young lady not sure but I think her name was Sarah. She explained everything to me that I asked her. I left there totally satisfied. .

Spent way too long waiting and waiting while the employees made personal calls, took 20 min bathroom breaks and we're just all around unprofessional. Then after all that waiting it's a month later and the account wasn't Even set up properly. So now I've paid for a whole month of service that I never received. And now have been told by multiple customer service employees that it's my fault. Okay but I didn't set up the account y'all did. I have never experienced worse customer service at any company anywhere. The caliber of employee at your store is incredibly lacking. I'm 51 years old and I walk through the door and your employee calls me dude. I am not your dude. This is not a ranch. Whoever the manager is obviously doesn't know how to train people and whoever the owner is obviously doesn't understand what good management looks like. Do yourself a favor and go with Sprint or T-Mobile or AT&t anyone but Verizon

Theu were all very kind and helpful.The manager was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with his coworker very helpful in his training her. Two thumbs up to the inter store❤️

Kevin did a great job getting my initial request of upgrading my jet pack handled and then also recommended a phone upgrade since it was due. Made it a really easy decision. Installed my screen protector and got all data transferred between phones while I ran to Walmart.
