“I’ve been here twice now and each time i’ve had an amazing experience, jaden has helped me both times, and honestly this man deserves a raise, even delivering terrible news (my alternator is going out, might have to start a gofundme) he’s still made the experience enjoyable and i’ve walked away with a smile (even if i wanted to cry, this alternator crap ain’t fun.) he even taught me how to put oil on my car (i’m new at this guys, im just a girl) and he didn’t make fun of me for not knowing where the oil went.”

There are times you have to wait a bit longer for oil changes but most the time they get it done pretty fast.

“We were fortunate to wheel into Bivens Garage when our RV air brakes were failing a half hour into our long trip to the Outer Banks. Necessary parts could not arrive till the next morning, so we retreated for the night in our toter car. When the parts arrived the next morning they were damaged, and one of their mechanics drove to Hickory to get them from a different supplier, and they delayed their normal lunch schedule to get us repaired and on the road again. Everyone was very personable and made the situation as pleasant as possible. So glad we wheeled in there before we were either stranded or worse. Thanks to all y’all at Bivens! ?”

“I'm from over in Lincoln County. I was pulling my enclosed trailer with my zero turn inside. Headed home, I had a tire on the trailer come apart. I called Peelers, and they were happy to assist. When I arrived, I was met outside by Mr Peeler. He worked on my trailer, and put 2 tires on it, to keep me rolling. Very nice man. You need to give him a try.”
