“Have never had a bad experience here. The team is positive and willing to help with mailing advice and good service. They also have ways to work with you if there's an issue with certain items being delivered. Overall, great location and post office! Thanks all.”

“I had a large batch of items to mail, 40 pieces total and very time-consuming, and the postmaster at this location was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with the entire process. Excellent service!”

“This is a Post Office that should train the rest of the United States locations. They care about service and are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to provide solutions to what is needed for the customer.”

33 Coxe Ave, Asheville NC 28801
“The service here was incredibly thorough, detailed and kind. This helpful gentleman went extra lengths to assist with how to attain a passport sooner, as it seems next to impossible to get a reasonable timely appointment at this location, online.”

725 Merrimon Ave, Asheville NC 28804
“I don't usually bother with reviews for government agencies because they're usually terrible with rudeness as a norm, but I had such a good experience at the Merrimon Avenue (Grace) branch today with a woman named Emily. She answered all my questions, and went above and beyond with even more information than I asked for, all with a friendly smile and great attitude. I felt valued as a customer, and that's so unusual today, especially in government agencies. Emily deserves a raise!”

270 N Main St, Weaverville NC 28787
“The clerks inside are very helpful! There's an issue with my new address since 911 changed the address. The supervisor will be calling me to get everything straightened out. The spelling of the street name usps had is incorrect. The only thing that's not so great is they don't answer the phone so you have to go there in person. You couldn't ask for nicer people when going in!!”

1302 Patton Ave, Asheville NC 28806
“Most of these negative reviews are about lack of agency (not making sure you get a receipt) or the courier having issues. (Package not delivered) That is not this particular business' responsibility. The customer service here was wonderful and Rebecca and Daisy. I don't see any issues and this is my favorite spot by far. Thanks! I will be returning weekly.”

“David, who works at the post office, helped me out today. I wasn’t having the best morning but his positive attitude and kind helpful nature really turned my mood around! He went out of his way to help me find a good sized box for textbooks I was shipping out, and made light hearted jokes and comments while we figured it out together. He’s a gem! Thank you David!!”
