The roof and back of our black Toyota’s paint was bubbling chipping, and getting ready to rust. He did a nice job brining it back itself again. It’s as smooth as glass now. “These guys went above and beyond with my car in so many ways! I went to two other places before them. The other places weren’t kind to me at all when I explained to them my concerns with damage from the accident. The other places spoke to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. The minute I walked into the doors of Affordable Collision, I was greeted and felt welcomed, not treated like I was a bother to them. The guys working were nice enough to remove an under shield from my car that was embarrassingly dragging on the ground. I really can’t stress enough how they were so welcoming and had excellent customer service! This type of thing means a lot when you’re a female going into any kind of car shop. They looked at everything in detail for damage that was visible, and hidden. They also, kept me updated on the repairs, and time frame the entire time. “Ric saved us while on our way to Myrtle Beach. Our heat shield came loose and started dragging on the road. We pulled over for safety and called AAA, which failed us miserably. Ric was able to coax us to try driving and we got to his place safely. He reattached the plates and sent us on our way. What a kind person.”
