Called to place a refill order. After getting through that? I wanted to check on one of them. Finally, I got a real person. I believe her name was Emily. She was very pleasant and helpful. She gave me the information I wanted/needed, and told me the cost. She was a great person to deal with today. Burniese is nice too..

Experience was excellent. I did not understand the questions on the page that asked about HWH…etc. I didn’t know what the initials meant, so that’s the reason they went unanswered.
