I used their fedex drop off service on 7/3/24. The cashier asked “what’s this” and I explained it was a postage paid package for fedex drop off. She then just tossed it on the floor. I asked why she didn’t scan it and she replied that she didn’t need to, even though the way have always scanned them in the past. It is now 7/8/24 and when I enter the tracking number from my label into fedex, it shows as “never received.” I’m pretty sure my box is still sitting on the floor or a staff member has taken it home.

Never organized, nobody has any work ethic, always a 20 minute line even if it's just 2 people ahead of you, said they didn't have change and owed me 82 cents when I seen the woman infront of me give them change, the whole store needs a reform of staff and management.

This store is always so messy. Not one isle is straight. There are isles of stuff on the floors. I would be embarrassed if I owned this store. They definitely need some better employees and management that care just a little but.

The store manager at this location is extremely rude. It is not the customers fault that she didn't do her job and yet she finds trying to shame the customer to be an appropriate response. Maybe DG should consider better management for this location

worked here as an employee & if you’re considering working here, don’t! I was never properly trained, I had figure most things out on my own, which was stressful. I also never got paid for time that I worked there and nobody even cared to try and help me I was simply told “look up Human Resources phone number”... Friendly customers and a good store but the management is very poor.
