Is there a way to rate this place less that 0 stars? They deliver to the wrong address and call it a success, then get offended and hang up when a customer calls and is pretty ticked off and that's putting it mildly, that their package was NOT delivered to the right address. For the SECOND TIME in less than a week. And the package that contained an automobile trunk lid that actually did make it last week, was so beat up and damaged I had to take it to an auto body shop for repair. These crooks don't care about their customers and even less about getting their deliveries right. Go UPS for shipping needs they have ZERO problems getting deliveries right. And this was NOT my choice to ship with FEDEX it was the companies I bought from. The successful UPS delivery was a replacement for the one Fedex screwed away. NEVER EVER ship fedex if you value your purchase experience and sanity.

I had two great experiences with this freight center. One a pickup and the other a delivery. The ladies in the office and the crew in the back were all very kind and helpful.

Christopher Higgins, did a fantastic job unloading 2500 pounds of oak flooring and went above and beyond to make sure wood remained in perfect condition while unloading as close to our home as possible!

Today I was on my way to Family Dollar up the street from my house. I saw this FedEx driver, Rondy, do a U turn at the second entrance to a trailer park that used to be Farmview. I looked in my rear view mirror to see him pulled over to help this 75 year old man get his little cart/wagon and groceries out of the ditch. The man had fell into the ditch from the heat. I did not see the man in the ditch, but Rondy did. I turned around to go help the Fedex driver. The older gentleman, 75 years old, had walked to the Food bank up the street. The older gentleman was so exhausted from the heat he could barely stand. I asked them both if I could take a picture of them. They both gave consent. Rondy shows so much compassion, it made me proud. Another gentleman stopped to help. We told Rondy we knew he was busy we would get him to his home. Rondy was thankful. He said they are timed for their deliveries but he still stopped to help this older man. Please help share as much as we can. Hopefully somehow we can get this act of kindness to his supervisor.Didn’t see this my self posted from someone else

Picked up a LTL delivery here. Friendly and helpful staff. Placed my pallet (8’ long axels strapped to a standard pallet) in the bed of my pickup without a problem.

They said they called and left a message but they did not! Would not deliver as expected on the day and delayed several days. Not at all helpful and they did not try to arrange deliver the day before or leave a message.
