“I originally left a one-star review based on an experience I had at Phillips Nursery on January 6, 2025. At the time, I was looking for guidance with selecting plants and ideas for my landscaping project. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and without making a purchase because I did not feel I had received the level of assistance I had hoped for.

After posting my review, Kim, the owner, reached out and invited me to speak with her. I accepted her invitation, and I am very glad I did.

During our conversation, Kim listened carefully to my concerns and acknowledged that my experience could have been better. She was professional, understanding, and genuinely interested in hearing my perspective. I came away from our conversation with the impression that she truly cares about her business, her employees, and the customers who walk through her doors.

What impressed me most was her commitment to continually improving customer service. She wants homeowners like myself to feel welcome asking questions, discussing ideas, and receiving guidance with their landscaping projects. It’s clear that she values customer feedback and sees it as an opportunity to make the business even better.

Because of that conversation, I have changed my review from one star to five stars. While my original visit was disappointing, I believe a business should also be judged by how it responds when concerns are brought to its attention. “Huge thank you to this team. What an outstanding group of people here. We had an emergency situation at a horse barn a few days ago. While this was not something Bloomin crazy would typically handle, they did not hesitate to come help a neighbor out during her difficult time. We cannot express our thanks and gratitude enough for these wonderful gentleman that made a tough situation a lot easier for the barn owner. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts.
