We were advised on Thursday, 12/28/23 that my wife's car was finally ready for pick-up. The car was at the shop for well over a month due to a shortage of parts so we were told. Absolute did a good job of keeping us posted with the slow progress from time to time. When we arrived to pick the car up, the primary person that we needed to see had just left sick, so there was no one to review & go over what was done to effect repairs. I told the receptionist to please have the gentleman that we needed to see to please call me back. We paid our deductible & left noticing that the car was not cleaned up very well but left anyway. After getting home, I noticed the car was not completely finished. The pinstriping was missing from the repaired side of the vehicle. I immediately called the shop back but no one answered (time ~ 2:00 to 2:30 PM) so I left a message to call us back ASAP. So far, no return call. I realize that this is a holiday season/weekend, but there was still Friday for someone to call back just to acknowledge the message. Not very professional at all in my opinion. I want the necessary work completed on this vehicle ASAP. We had a rental car during the whole time the car was in the shop & turned it back in the day of picking up my wife's car. I don't know how long this pinstriping will take to apply but I'm not paying for a rental car again. JT

Had my 2020 Explorer repaired after an accident, which required just over $7k of work. They completed it with no issues, and communicated directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. My vehicle was returned in about a week and looks like nothing ever happened :)I am very happy with their work!Services: Painting

Absolute did an amazing job on my Lexus. I was so happy to get my car back and so impressed with the work. The bumper looks original. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience.
