I have been with this bank for more than a few years and had issues through out the time. As of the pass two to three weeks I had just gotten a new job two weeks ago and gotten payed just recently. I had logged in to my account just to find that my ccount is no longer linked to the online site or on the mobile app. I have been trying to relink my account but it fails to connect and it is on the banks side. I have been at it for thrre full days now. There has always been an issue with the connections with the banks online site and on the app. And I'm getting sick of it and highly concidering in changing banks.

We use South State for our business and they provide the highest level of service. They are quickly responsive to all our banking needs and everyone is incredibly kind and helpful.

I opened an account online then made a mobile deposit a few days later. The next day I received an email stating my funds would be held for a week before I could access them. Now I have 25.00 to live on for a whole week. This how they treat new customers? Needless to say I made a big mistake by choosing this bank.

The atm is so convenient for me here.
