I recently had a minor issue with my order at Subway, but thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Joey Fisher, the store manager, it turned into a remarkable experience. Joey went above and beyond to rectify the situation, personally delivering the replacement order to me at my home.From the moment Joey arrived, his uplifting energy and genuine personality shone through. He treated me with the utmost kindness, making me feel like a valued member of the Subway family. Food is very standard for a subway, not special or terrible. Service is horrible, however. With only two other people in line, it took ages to get food. Food is placed on sandwiches extremely slowly, and server takes frequent breaks to stare out into walmart instead of helping next customer.

This subway has came a long way in a short few months the ladies and gentlemen are so friendly and treat you like family and the manager is always happy to help anyone and if you ever have a problem just ask for him.

First off I tried calling multiple times and no one would answer the phone. I have been to this location at least 3 times hoping every time it will be different, but sadly I’m always wrong. This time my sub was so soggy and just thrown into a mess. Would not recommend this location! The picture is what it looked like as soon as I opened it.

i had a great experience at subway because of a team member. it was actually my first time eating subway. the team member that made my sub was SO nice and had great customer service, because i was confused since it was my first time eating here. he was a middle aged man with finger tattoos (i think) and a wrist tattoo a believe, and he was bald. his kids were also there with him, i don’t know his situation but i could tell that he was really working hard. honestly i wish i could have gave this man a bigger tip because he was awesome and he is working hard for the things that he wants. people like this deserve a raise and i hope he gets one!! i have faith that eventually everything he is working for, he will receive and i hope that he can see this message. i don’t know his name, but it’s definitely at the walmart in leland across from the mcdonald’s. i pray the best for him and his family :)

I love subway, it's my go-to for fresh. I always get a toasted Italian BMT with veggies. Today I added bacon because there was a promo code in my email. It was delicious.

We tried this location many times, but the personal was so cheap, they put on the sandwiches so little of lettuce, onions and mustard, that you need to ask again and again. We decided never visit this place in the future.

This is one of the better fast food places around here and the best subway I go to. I come here one to two times a week since november and get the same order every time. Taking points off for not following instructions. I order online and always ask for my wraps to not get cut. I've only had them not cut once. They are absolutely horrendous to eat when heated up and cut because the sauce goes everywhere.

Have been to this Subway with my grands many times and this was by far the worst experience. From the get go the only employee was snippy and impatient. We were two adults with four children. Seating is limited here normally but on this particular day, each of the two available 4-tops were occupied with one Walmart employee each. There were four high 2-tops, two being occupied ..one lady left so we had our older grand boys move one chair each to two of the available tables. The employee commented that the tables had to be social distanced with 2 per table. I explained that we all live in the same household and that we would move the chairs back. She finished making our $50 worth of subs and we paid and I gave her a tip. We cleaned both tables which were dirty before we sat down, gave all kids their subs and drinks and started to eat and the employee comes out to say that we can only be two to a table. I explained to her that we can eat in a restaurant with 10 to a table as long as we are social distanced from other diners which we were in the Subway. She had her manager on the phone and said she could have me thrown out. I told her if she was going to throw us out then to give me a refund and she said no. At that point I sat back down to eat and she left looking for someone to throw us out. At least one potential customer left while she had abandoned the store. We finished our food, put all chairs back and left our tables cleaner than when we arrived. Won't be returning.
