If you're local, you would be better served just going out 74/76 to the other location. I got a truck that was leaking badly that seemed to use a mess of moving pads to try and sop up the water in the grannies attic. (and there were no clean moving pads in the "break seal and use these, get charged later" bag because I think they were in the pile of soaking wet ones in the grannies attic...) They also smelled like cigarette smoke which was a nice added touch.Whoever prepped this truck, clearly did not prep this truck. I had to make an extra trip because the grannies attic was unusable due to leaks, so my mileage got doubled. Super great.

We made reservations 11 days in advance to have a tow hitch installed. The day of our appointment, we show up and they advise us "we have everything except the tow bar, we overnighted it to come in tomorrow. Come back then and we will get it done." We show up the next morning, the tow bar is not there so we ask them to please just install the wiring, they advise us "we don't have the wiring and our tech is not here, you would need to make an appointment for that!" So we asked for a full refund and the staff was unable to do so because they didn't know how! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Everyone there had no clue what was going on! Horrible service, no communication and incompetent employees!
