Now, I understand with groves of people from up North (not wanted), moving here complaining about the service, typical. I know the PO is overwhelmed. My problem is the extras they hire to deliver now are not the best. On Saturday they got out of the car complaining and thru my box on my doorstep, I chose to ignore because they were tennis shoes. Then I came home to another box thrown and half opened, dents all over the box. Unacceptable.

I find the staff to be courteous and helpful. If I have to wait on line it's usually not that often and the apologize for the wait.

I was on a 2 week vacation and placed my mail on hold. When I came back and checked my mailbox I saw that several days of mail were delivered. I went to the PO to get the rest of the mail and told the clerk that a lot had been delivered. He told me that there was a substitute carrier for a few days who didn't check that the mail was on hold. He said this happens often. This is unbelievable, isn't somebody running that office?!!!

I am writing to formally express my ongoing frustration with the quality of service provided by the USPS delivery team in the Brunswick Forest area. Despite my previous visits to the local post office and the multiple formal complaint tickets I’ve submitted online, the issues persist without any noticeable improvement.
Packages are repeatedly being shoved into mailboxes that are clearly too small to accommodate them, often resulting in damaged items, even when they are clearly marked as “Fragile” or “Do Not Bend.” This shows a complete disregard for package integrity and customer instructions.
Additionally, I frequently receive notifications or slips claiming “Sorry we missed you,” despite no attempt being made to approach my front door. I have Ring camera footage confirming that no delivery attempts are ever made, yet these notices continue. It appears that some carriers are unwilling to take the time to walk a short distance to the door, which is unacceptable.
Delivery times are also highly inconsistent, and the overall reliability of the service is terrible.
I want to emphasize that I have never before filed a complaint about USPS, but the repeated negligence and lack of accountability have left me no choice. I respectfully urge USPS leadership to investigate and address these concerns, as they reflect poorly on your service and severely impact customer trust and satisfaction.

The inside staff at this location are very polite and kind. But the staff that are the actual mail carriers are completely oblivious to their job. They refused to deliver packages if anything is bigger than your mailbox they just keep it until you to go pick it up and we have to drive over 20 miles to get a package that we paid shipping for. Absolutely the worst mail carriers I have ever dealt with. And what’s worse is the Winnabow Post Office is literally at the top of my street and I have to go 20 miles to the Leland one. Never fails how bad of job they do including pushing your boxes over and then leaving notes about them needed repairs, but they broke it. Overall, if you have the choice, don’t move to Leland if you want any kind of packages or mail At the timeframe you paid for it. It also never fails that they will always do it on Friday so you can’t pick it up until Monday.

For the 2nd time, they have ruined pictures that were in cardboard mailer because they folded it!!!!!!! Big red lettering on both sides says DO NOT BEND PHOTOS ENCLOSED!!!!! how hard is it to follow those instructions? The mailer fits inside my mailbox, there's no need for this, smh!!!!!! Does no good to call post office because they say nothing we can do for you!!!!!

Worse place ever. I have lived all over the country never seen a group of post people who don't live by their moto won't deliver my packages because I live on a dirt rd ,why take them from company's if your no going to do your job 🤔

Tried to return a package. Seller sent me a prepaid label that had a QR code they needed to scan. They refused to even attempt to scan the QR code and told me to go to the library to print the label. Made some bs excuse about the scanner messing with the internet on my phone. Pure laziness and bad attitude. If they are unwilling or too lazy to scan a QR code that USPS put on the label then they need to provide a printing service for the label.
