The pharmacy staff at this location is absolutely RUDE. They lost someone’s prescription as I stood there waiting to pick up mine and not once was I acknowledged. They proceeded to go through all 50 boxes without saying a word or someone stepping away to help. Your customer service is trash.

The pharmacists were just beyond mean. I got there 2 minutes before they closed for lunch (1:30-2:30 which is not what the website states by the way). One of them looked up and told me unapologetically that they were closed in this “ how dare you show up now” tone. Then she pulled the gate down for emphasis. Yikes. Never going back.

The customer service here is terrible , I have been waiting almost a month for my meds and all I keep getting told is we ordered it and it will be in tomorrow , then tomorrow gets here and then I’m told we don’t know what to w, Contacted headquarters and the district manager called and assured me he would handle this and then nothing , I called headquarters again and never got a response, after over 15 years here I sure hated to go but with the disrespect that the employee have and the incompetence of the handling of my meds I decided to go a different pharmacy , my health was more important to me than to keep putting me off for a month .

I have lived in Leland for more than twenty years and I go to this store at least twice per week. As a long term customer of this store I know good customer service when I see it. I have never written about my experience beforehand but I have to acknowledge one of their clerks Donna Pistorio. She is always very helpful and kind to me and I am always happy to go into the store when she is working because I know she will take good care of me. I hope the management recognizes what a pleasant and hardworking employee she is.

Sean and Jennessy back in the pharmacy helped me on a recent visit. They exceeded expectations and I will be back again because of it. I sound so old but here goes…on this day and age it’s hard to find people that seem to value customers and the job they do so Thank you

The pharmacy on Village Road has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Are they trained to be rude to customers?
The first time I went the cashier at the pharmacy would not talk to me, instead she just stared. I just called and the man that answered yelled at me, and I called him an AH and he hung on me.

Any other store is better than walgreens. Don't even bother clipping coupons on their mobile app because it never works. The cashiers aren't even trained how to use the mobile app. Instead of trying to fix their problems, they tell you "keep your receipt and call, they'll reimburse you". Well I tried that and all they do is add a "reward" to your account. The point of a coupon is to get $ deducted from your total in the first place. Instead, walgreens will give you the reward to use at your next visit. That's how they get you, instead of having $ off in the first place, you now have to go into walgreens again and spend MORE MONEY to use that "reward". It's all a scam. Then they'll tell you "only the corporate office can handle coupon issues". So I ask for the number to corporate and they didn't know it. Once again another excuse and I'm told to look it up online. If you want to be disappointed every time, visit walgreens.

This location was ok the first few months I lived here but it's going downhill. I went to pick up a prescription on Friday. The pharmacy was closed due to having no pharmacist. Like...what? Now I find out it's still closed; of course I'm going out of town tomorrow. I hate how COVID messed things up and so many businesses haven't bounced back.
