Today was my first experience with the pharmacy at the Leland Walmart since I decided to choose them for my COVID vaccine. Everyone I talked with was so friendly, helpful and patient. After my experience I’ll be switching to them for all of my pharmaceutical needs.

Walmart pharmacy in Leland is great to pick up prescriptions, they are fast , always friendly and helpful. You know that it's your medicine, they always check your name and birthday. Safety first. Thanks

Pharmacists and techs are quick and professional. Customers are frequently difficult, whether from ill health, frustration or natural inclination. Staff nevertheless keeps their cool.

Very slow to fill a rx they take around 1 hour. My other pharmacy would take 15 minutes on a new rx fill but my insurance company no longer has them as a preferred pharmacy so l now have to deal with Walmarts slow refill times.

They told me it would be about 45 minutes if I wanted to wait. After a bit over an hour and a half I went up front to check on it and it still wasn't ready. I told them I could not wait any longer and would come back in a couple of day . 30 + minutes later I got a text on my phone saying it was ready. I still have to make the 50 mile round trip again to pick it up. Over 3 hours for 3 pills. They need better help. I won't be going back there after this one.

I would give a zero if I could. This pharmacy is useless. They can never get my daughter's prescription correct. There have been numerous things happen with her prescription. First they can't find her name , secondly they can NEVER tell me the correct date of the last time it was filled. Had issues with that because their system was wrong or someone didn't do their job right.It's to much information to have to write but the last straw for me was having to wait over 15 mins for a EMPTY syringe and needle after they first told me they were waiting on the doctors office. I said uh no because we called doctors office and here before I made a special trip. Guess what they found it. Not to mention the outside machine was broken. I will NEVER be back in here again!!!! I won't bother going into Walmart here for anything. I know I'm one person but I would rather give my money to someone else who has their act together.

Thanks to your sales associate who was working the garden center on August 9th about 2:30pm, you lost a sale. My central air unit messed up, so I needed a temporary fix until my AC repairman could find the time to come fix it. Walked in the garden center and was trying to find someone to help me pick out the best AC unit for my house, only when I did, she acted as if I was bothering her. Asked to speak with a manager, she asked why and I said because you don't act like you want to help people. After she refused to get a manager, I left. Went to Lowe's, where I received friendly service, knowledgeable information and a great price on a window unit. Thanks Lowe's, I appricate you treating your customers with respect, unlike Walmart!!!!

I feel that people should respect privacy. My husband just had surgery we came in for meds the woman at the register was asking the information to get his medicine then ask if I was his mother, how rude that is for anyone to presume anything and make an assumption. Never assume and be kind to all. I never write or give a bad review but that is uncalled for considering that is none of her business. Please make this a part of your policy.
