“It took 10 minutes to renew my passport. I had the application pre-filled from online, and then came in at a 1:30 appointment. No line, no waiting, VERY friendly and courteous staff. Service included photos as well. They are faster at passports than McDonald's is at serving your food!”

“We were expecting two Amazon packages that were sent through USPS as the last to deliver. Amazon claimed they were delivered. After reading the reviews above, I did not expect to have much success as I headed to the Vass, NC USPS. Fortunately, I was wrong. The agent and the postal supervisor were very helpful. They determined that our packages were misdelivered to a home across the road from where we were living. The postal supervisor insisted on driving the 15 minutes to retrieve the packages and re-delivering them to our home. She apologized that the carrier apparently hurried and did not properly read the address and deliver correctly. The Supervisor's name is Kim and she has a wonderful attitude. This situation was compounded in that the occupants of the home the packages were misdirected to, were on vacation. Those two packages could have easily been stored for several more weeks at the wrong home waiting for the occupants to return. Since this incident, our mail has been timely and accurate. I am pleased to report the Vass, NC post office has a great supervisor and their first priority is customer service.”

“Some folks working at counter and some USPS workers at other jobs are stellar at customer and overall service, some are not.
A couple days ago someone at this post office changed a package from Amazon from delivery to pickup, hmm..
The USPS has been one of the great things about this country, and it needs to be with this country into the future. There are some times when an improvement is needed... I recently had packages sent via USPS Ground, and you can see in the photos how they treated my packages like dodge balls.
