I made a payment already for a month they said it would be delivered today... here I am still waiting 3 hours after I called and they claimed they was loading it up and coming my way and I literally live 5 mins down the rd.... if I had a way to haul I would done got it myself but don't tell me your gonna be here when your not this is crazy.... I have things to do besides wait all day... maybe they need to start knowing a time before telling people to make them wait

Well, I walked inside the store today which is a big mistake. I was on a cane. Long story short you can’t leave the store with the product that you’re purchasing the same day. They actually want to ship you the product no matter what it is. I understand shipping furniture because I don’t feel like carrying furniture out of the car and trucking it and all that so I want the furniture delivered no matter what but when you’re buying a laptop, you simply leave the store the same day with the product that you’re paying for. So that happened in the store today in Leno, North Carolina also, what else happened that I thought was odd awkward the person at the front desk was simply helping me at the time he was working with me as a customer earning their business correct follow me on this person, somebody else walked in immediately, just interrupted us both which is rude of the Customer by the way, and that is beside the point however I want you to know he completely dropped what he was doing with me told me to hang on for a second right he didn’t even say that part as a matter fact, he took care of them first and everything so just so you’re fully aware what happened in your Lenore location today in North Carolina you need to fully understand what happened because I do plan on calling corporate and let you guys know exactly what took place inside your store and that your policy is 100% bullshit. That’s crazy that you can’t that you can buy a product with real money. It’s green it Spins And you can’t leave the store with it. I’m fine with it now but I’m really not that’s OK and everybody needs to know about it so I’m gonna go to TikTok where I have 18,000 people that follow me they’re simply gonna watch the video all the way through they’re gonna like and comment to hell they’re probably it’s gonna be a funny video and I’m going to post it no matter what so people understand fully what they’re getting into before they go to errands bad customer service and you can’t leave the same day with the product that’s gonna lose a lot of business. Trust me on that part.

I don't post many reviews but these are my experiences and what I came across working with this store. Just bear with me because this is a wild ride. So when I first got hired back in June of 2023, I was interviewed by Tiffany and another manager from another store. They loved my enthusiasm and after 5 minutes of getting home and trying to unload my daughter from the car to get her into the house, I received a call from the store asking me to rush to fill out the application online to work. I went through all the hoops to start working and started about a week afterwards. the first couple months was perfect, learning about how to be a Product technician and a Delivery Driver. The current Sales Manager, Coy, done an awesome job training me and teaching me what I needed to know. After a couple months into the job, Coy moved to another store because Tiffany doesn't want anyone in the store to grow and the only chance to grow would have been to leave to another store. I was the only delivery driver for about a month doing one-man and two-man jobs. I can say that the pay was not worth the toll that my body took. The Delivery driver roll is not one to take lightly. I went through a total of 5 Delivery drivers in my time being here. There were a total of 9 people that came and went from this location with only one coming back. I had the chance to move up to become a Sales Manager to learn more and "grow inside the company" but seniority doesn't matter in this location, only prior experience. Tiffany will groom who she likes to move them up and won't help others. She will push the stuff that she has to do for her position onto other people and degrade them. I was told nonstop when I ask her if she was happy to hire me that she wasn't the one hired me, or if i said that I feel like I am starting to know my worth, she would reply with "no you don't". There were moments where we were told to pick up roach infested fridges because Tiffany "didn't want the customer to have the merchandise" Tiffany would be better stepping down and letting someone else who won't pick and choose who she likes as customers and give the store a true chance to grow and improve like I wanted with the store.
I was Terminated on 4/22/24 because of calling off without having any sick days when my youngest daughter had an appointment to check her hip and for having to go to urgent care to have my back looked at. Another reason for the termination was for taking 7 or 8 minutes over on my hour lunch. Again, I live 5 minutes away from the store and I have 5 lights between me and the store. With the days that I missed, I had papers as proof of what I was going on those days. I was a dedicated and hard worker for this company, but no one truly saw that.
There is so much more that I can put on here but I feel like I have put enough.

I have bought several things from this store in Lenoir and Tiffany at the Lenoir store is awesome she and the other associates have always worked with us on any issues we have ever had. Would highly recommend them. Great team

David was amazing turning in my equipment to enid I cannot stand Tiffany. Seriously I’m not going to risk my job to make a payment there is no reason why you can’t wait one day! Im done.

10/10 Do Not recommend just go to lowes and spend the $500 on the stove , refrigerator washer an dryer ( over $1200 for a used refrigerator is crazy anyway same one I have is like $500 at lowes ??♀️)….. they wait weeks to contact you about something and get hit with fees including and home service fee when they come out to your house to ask about payment and then try to say your card didn’t go through last month 5 weeks later when you have the payment receipt in your email from last month paying over $90 cause of the Ridiculous late fee and home “service “ fee that’s with a set day of payment do they do it like 3 weeks early and then hit you with fees ??♀️ My stuff is almost paid for and I’m not dealing with them after that should of learned my lesson the first time
