Very unpleasant, short tempered people. Appearing aggravated to help.Was rudly told. We have no public restroom. I replied what about for customers?No restroom.Drive through was a mile long on both lanes. While employees sitting in cubicles with no customer in front of them. I'm not pleased at all with this experience.

They close my account for a stupid reason and didn't send an email or a text notifying me, I went there to make a deposit so I can help my dad pay his car insurance that same visit is where I learned they were closing the account and it was for a d*** reason, save yourself the trouble don't use this Bank

Branch "temporarily closed" Sign says go to Hickory or Morganton. . Really? I'm going to travel 40 miles to do business ????Why are customers not told this before we travel to branch and waste our time and gas? Seriously needs customer relationship classes.And Truist- get real! Drive through closed. So, don't say we service thru drive thru.

I've been a customer at truist for over 14 years I've had several problems with the one today really takes the cake I had to get a new debit card and I needed to find a phone number to activate the card I called my branch and the lady answered that put me on hold several times and came back and said nobody in the entire Bank knows the number to activate my new debit card maybe it's just me but I find that very odd

The ATM is always out of service. Slow twenty minute waits aren't uncommon.Sun trust was way more efficient.

If all these people that have to wait so long in the drive-thru complaining it takes too long then get up off your tush and walk your @ss inside and be done with it. A bunch of Karen's around here. The bank is great. Wonderful people. Very diversified and great customer service. I have my personal and my business accounts with them.

Changed names Still Slow as HellThese people are the worst. When they shared two names the bank tellers would only take you if you went to their bank? Um same bank? Now they have one name and are slower than before. I know I have plenty of time to sit here and do this while waiting. These people are the worst!

Not a review for the location in particular but a review for the bank itself. had money in my account earlier yesterday called my card to check balance multiple times and went from 70 in checking and 128 in savings went to go to super after work called card and now it's negative 70 checking and negative 128 savings I did not touch the card. I didn't use any money and it magically disappeared seriously considering finding another bank this is so uncalled for. I have a newborn baby and because of incompetence fromthe bank I can't afford to get him anything rust he needs. can't even afford to get to work. This is not the first time money has disappeared from my account either but I figured thar after I got a new card the problems would stop. going to call them when the bank opens if the money isn't replaced I I WILL NOT BE USING THEM ANYMORE I would give a NEGATIVE star if I could because this is just ridiculous
